Kelly Park Limited was established in August 1994 to provide dedicated Health Care Assistants to Social Services, NHS Primary Care Trusts, and Private Service Users. Recognised by their distinctive black tunics or white polo shirts, Kelly Park staff have become a familiar and trusted presence within the community.

The team is committed to upholding the dignity, privacy, and independence of every service user, offering compassionate support that enables individuals to enjoy a high quality of life.

Services are available throughout the year, with Day Care provided from 7:00am to 10:00pm and Evening Care from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Kelly Park Limited is accredited with Durham County Council, Durham & Darlington NHS Primary Care Trust (CCG), Gateshead M.B.C., and Sunderland City Council. The company maintains strong working relationships with Commissioning Staff, Care Managers, District Nurses, and other Health Care Professionals to ensure seamless and high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities required for the role are:

•  Promote independence, caring for our service users in their own homes.
•  Encourage our service users to be actively involved in all aspects of their day-to-day care.
•  Accompanying our service users to appointments and access their local community.
•  Preparing meals and snacks to help sustain the service user’s nutritional needs.
•  Tidying our service user’s home, assisting with basic domestic care tasks, ensuring their home environment is an enjoyable space for them.
•  Assist in the support of personal care tasks, from bathing to pad changes and incontinence care.

Shift Patterns Currently Available: Flexible Days

• Morning Shift 7am - 2pm
• Afternoon Shift 2pm - 10pm,
• Night Shift 10pm - 7am

Along with a superhero personality, we also require a clear Enhanced DBS as well as two satisfactory references.
