Paul Sanders


Joined: 1994


Paul established the company in 1994 to offer Domiciliary Care Services in Durham. Over the years he has been able to promote and develop the provision of Domiciliary Care throughout County Durham and into other neighbouring areas as Newcastle Upon Tyne and South Tyneside.

Paul has invested heavily in the development of staff and the way in which home care is provided to Service Users. With the the introduction of Electronic Monitoring in 2008 Kelly Park Caring Agency Limited now guarantee service provision to Service Users and give family members reassurance and peace of mind that their loved ones are being cared for. Paul believes that the company's best assets are the staff they employ.


Joanne Sanders


Joined: 2005


Qualifications - N.V.Q Assessor

Joanne had her own caring agency before joining with Kelly Park Caring Agency Limited in 2005. As a qualified NVQ Assessor Joanne has a vast experience in the Day to Day management of the company and understands the experience a care worker requires to perform duties which home care involves through practical experience.

Joanne is passionate and believes that Service Users should have the right to remain at home respecting their Independence and Dignity in a safe and comfortable environment.


Margaret Jopling

Qualifications - R.G.N, D.i.p.N, NVQ Level 4 Management. NVQ Assessor

Margaret joined the company in 2004 after retiring from the NHS following 38 years of service and having trained at Shotley Bridge General Hospital before moving to Dryburn Hospital (UHND) and for the last 25 years of Nursing specialising in Othopaedics. Margaret has a vast amount of experience caring for people of all ages and understands all aspects of care required.

She has excellent communication skills and enjoys promoting and development of staff. Margaret is also on the role of honour in Derwentside as a Community Champion for which she achieved through her voluntary work as well as being chair of a local charity. Margaret is also a Care Ambassador and is proud to have played a major part in achieving Investor in People Award.


Sarah Newsom


Joined: 2008


Qualifications - N.V.Q Level 3, P.G.C.E,

Sarah joined the company as a Home Care Support Worker in 2008 and has progressed to her current position through further development in her role. Sarah achieved Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Sarah enjoys her role and enjoys the every day challenges to provide high quality care.

Over the years Sarah and part of her Personal Development Plan has achieved a number of qualifications related to Care including Dementia and Palliative Care.
