We have the team from Kelly Park giving support to our dad from January to date, over the last month the service has been excellent, the care and professionalism give us peace of mind and helps support him in his own home to live independently. The team are on hand for all eventualities, updates and
information. Good communication with family members, very happy with the care and support from this service.

I started care on 1 December 2025.
I really believed I was getting help. Don't get me wrong the carers are great. They give me a shower twice a week and give me an hour social time and collect me medication however I have found they are always late in arriving. Which causes me more stress.
I
applied for family and portal access in December but I've not heard anything about how to log in.
I'm now disgruntled because today on news years day 1 January 2026 no carer came out as I was told they would. The curtain is still the same way at front door and that's how I know no one came. I was in bed nearly all day as I have sleep issues. But when I'd got up for bathroom curtain was same way. I was hoping to have a wake up in day of my appointment in February but I don't have any faith in getting woke up on time for my appointment.

When my dad was given a terminal diagnosis and needed carers on discharge from hospital, my mam hated the thought. Was admant she could manage herself, she was convinced that carers meant young people coming in who didn't have a clue and would talk in the local area about what was happening.
Reluctantly she agreed.
From the first visit she couldn't have been happier. The carers who came to my dad were friendly, professional and reassuring. The situation we were in was totally alien to my mam but the carers gave reassurance and direction if they were concerned and felt district nurses should be called. My mam spoke so highly of the carers coming to help Dad. Sadly my Dad has passed away but the help and support from his carers in the little time he had them was invaluable, particularly to my mam. Every carer who visited were amazing, however I'd like to give special mention to Lenora, Tony and Ellie who visited my Dad most and made his last weeks as comfortable as possible.

Through the most difficult time of our lives the staff at Kelly Park were life savers. They were all so friendly, empathetic and very understanding. Nothing was a bother for them. They treated my husband with dignity and respect and where so patience with him because at times because of his brain
tumor he did not always understand simple tasks. I am so grateful to you all and if my husband was able to be would of said the same. Thank you.

The carers are caring and helpful and treat my father with dignity and respect. The timekeeping is not always adhered to. When the carers call at an inconvenient time (they are not required), eg, at teatime for the nighttime call, ie, 6 pm.

During my time with Kelly Park I have found my carers very friendly. They listen to my views and carry out all my care needs to a high standard. I have been with Kelly Park for 10 years and I have had the best experience with this provider and the carers have become like extended family. Since
breaking my leg and needing care, I have had a very positive experience.

From the outset, the initial visit by a Kelly Park staff member was friendly, caring and professional. Then the carers who came to our home were caring and friendly towards my wife but always with dignity, often sharing a joke. She would look forward to them coming and seemed to be making steady
progress but she fell again, ending up in hospital and then eventually to the hospice, where she died on 4th March 2025 with her family around her. I would like to thank all of the Kelly Park staff with all my heart for the love they have shown to my wife. (I cannot answer the value for money box as my wife's care was paid for by the council, and I also had no contact with management)

My ninety-four-year-old father receives first class service. Nothing is too much trouble and often, his carer does much more than required to make sure that things run smoothly.
My father is always treated with utmost respect and compassionate care. As a family we are very confident that in our
absence, the company does everything which is required. In a society where the caring profession doesn't get much praise, it is my pleasure to give this company ten out of ten for their care. They couldn't possibly do more, and they have made an elderly gentleman's life much richer and made him feel valued. Well done.

Carers are good management is dreadful because they keep getting my appointment times wrong despite being told so. I have numerous examples and will be cancelling Kelly Park altogether. You want a longer review so here goes. Rubbish management rubbish management rubbish management rubbish
management. Is that long enough?
26 August 2022
Tomorrow is our 49th wedding anniversary and on Friday because Kelly Park have returned the contract for 3 x 2 staff half-hour visits and a replacement cannot be found, my wife will go into a home. The caring staff, over more than 4 years, have been efficient, caring, friendly, and knowledgeable.
You can choose your own expletives for my feelings about the organisation.

We have found this care provider not to be good.
There are two excellent carers.
On the whole, the management is extremely poor.
As one example and I can quote numerous, the carer did or show up at all today.
When I called after three hours I was told the contract was terminated from yesterday.
When I pointed out we had terminated it from today I was informed I was wrong.
I called the social worker and they called Kelly Park Ltd and advised them to apologise to me for misleading me and being totally wrong.
Of course, no apology was made to me or my 91-year-old mother.
They are very poorly run.

Kelly Park saved me. I was lonely and isolated. I had no social skills and my home was inhabitable. My care workers have allowed me to create a beautiful home and I am no longer isolated. My health needs have improved and I feel very grateful to all at Kelly Park. The Office staff are very
supportive and no job is too small, they always go that extra mile.
13 March 2020
The care staff are nice and friendly they talk to me, they dress me, do my personal care and help keep me safe. My care staff really do a great job. I have been receiving services since 2017 Kelly Park.

I have wonderful care workers who look after me very well. They are very professional and understanding, caring and polite - with lots of knowledge. They have become part of the family.
13 March 2020
Excellent care. I would highly recommend. They are able to meet my needs and wishes easily and eagerly. They all treat me with dignity and respect and always ensure my care is delivered with a person-centred approach. I love them.
Management are easily reached and open to suggestion.

They are all lovely careers and do their job well.
I'm very lucky to have them caring for me.
04 March 2020
Once we got everything organised we were away. I had no problem with helping me with showering, getting dressed. Also, there was no problem with the food. Even when I had a fall they were straight on the phone.
