Make a Real Impact in Cullompton’s Rural Communities

We’re looking for kind, dependable individuals to support clients living in rural and remote areas around Cullompton. You’ll be a trusted presence in their day—bringing comfort, dignity, and companionship to those who need it most.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Meal preparation and hydration support
  • Medication assistance
  • Companionship and mobility help
  • Light household tasks (e.g. tidying, changing linens)
  • Logging visits using our easy-to-use Beehive Care app

Shifts That Work for You

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours/week over 5 days (includes alternate weekends)
  • Part-time: Flexible shifts based on your availability
  • Minimum of 3+ morning or evening shifts per week
  • Optional extra hours via our Click to Care system
