We are currently recruiting Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions in leading independent and fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and hygiene support (as required)
  • Administering medication (as required)
  • Assisting with meal preparation and cooking
  • Supporting clients during medical appointments
  • Facilitating social and leisure activities
  • Promoting independence and life skills
  • Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans
  • Completing ongoing training and development

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communicators with a caring nature
  • Capable of maintaining detailed support records
  • Available to work alternate weekends

  • Able to follow support plans and risk assessments
  • Literate and numerate in English
