The company has been excellent. My daughter enjoys time with her support worker. They have made a very good bond between them. All the staff are very friendly, polite and always on time. The manager is easy to contact if there are any changes to our plans due to sickness etc and always reply promptly to any messages. They assist my daughter with personal care which they do in a dignified manner, and provide some respite time for the family.
