Our experience with double crown has been very positive. Since the very first meeting we have found all the staff to be very professional, efficient, very personable and pleasant. They work to a high standard and we have been very pleased with the overall service over the last few months.

You can tell all staff members are very committed to ensuring the happiness, safety & overall health & wellbeing of my son remains their main priority whilst ensuring he still has a fun & stimulating time & to make sure he has the best experiences throughout each day of his life. Nothing is too much trouble & they don't just support my son but myself & the family as a whole unit & express that their attitude & work ethic is that they will treat you or your family members how they would like their own family to be treated with the upmost respect, responsibility & care.

A most pleasant first meeting with the care provided for me ,very efficient and excellent result after a harrowing accident, will definitely be using the company on a regular basis ,can't thank them enough .

Care staff arrive on time and are reliable. Carry out care needs as requested, ensuring my husband is treated with dignity.

My experience with the company has been nothing but excellent. My son enjoys his days with his support worker. They have made a very good bond between them. The support worker is very friendly, polite and always on time. The company itself is great. Anything I need help with or understand, they explain it to me. Nothing is a bother to them.

Daryl is enjoying the service and we have no complaints about the service. All our issues and suggestions have been seen too right away. He is doing activities he is enjoying and going on bus trips and train journeys. We see no problems with the service.

Double Crown have been caring for my daughter for 6 weeks now and I'm delighted with the care they have given.They are well organised and take the time to get to know my daughters likes and dislikes and keep her occupied by taking her days out .I can see a massive improvement in my daughters appearance and she seems a much happier person since Double Crown took over her care .
