Daryl is enjoying the service and we have no complaints about the service. All our issues and suggestions have been seen too right away. He is doing activities he is enjoying and going on bus trips and train journeys. We see no problems with the service.

I am happy with my daughter,s care the staff treat my daughter with respect. They make sure she is kept clean and well dressed. They make sure her room is kept clean and tidy and her bath and bathroom are cleaned as well.

My mum is well cared for. The caregivers are professional, punctual, reliable, respectful and ready to compile with client needs. The carers are neat, and honest. They make my mum comfortable in her home. They listen to my mum.

Double Crown have been caring for my daughter for 6 weeks now and I'm delighted with the care they have given.They are well organised and take the time to get to know my daughters likes and dislikes and keep her occupied by taking her days out .I can see a massive improvement in my daughters
appearance and she seems a much happier person since Double Crown took over her care .
