Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of a Support Worker at Nurses Group Homecare include:

· Prioritizing service users' wellbeing and incorporating their wishes and preferences into care delivery.

· Contributing to the efficient functioning of the service.

· Assisting service users in maintaining connections with the local community.

· Following care plans and ensuring accurate documentation of service users' needs.

· Informing the office of any changes in service users' requirements.

· Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of individuals supported.

· Building rapport with patients, families, colleagues, and healthcare facility staff.

· Serving as a role model for other carers and representing the service positively.

· Adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and fundamental standards.

· Updating daily records for consistent, continuous care.

Requirements:

· Two satisfactory references.

· Eligibility to work in the UK.

· Mandatory driving license.

· Caring nature, empathy, and sensitivity to service users' needs.

· Commitment to quality care and being the best.

· Ability to treat others with dignity and respect.

· Team player with good leadership and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in written and verbal English.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £13-£26/h (subject to terms and conditions)

Schedule: Depending on the care plan and requirements

Work Location: Yeovil

Experience:

· Home care: 6 months (Preferred)
