She absolutely adores her main carer and she looks forward to seeing her every day.

Nurses group work closely with the family and are always at the end of the phone when needed. They can also contact the client's doctors for advice.
I would highly recommend The Nurses Group if you ever need care for a loved one.

I have found the team very helpful and caring. All the sitters who have visited have been very lovely. They usually send the same one for continuity. My cared-for person isn’t the easiest to deal with due to dementia. My life outside of caring was non-existent but at least I have a little time out now and know he’s not wandering when I’m out.
Thank you very Louise for taking the time to write this very positive review. It is a real pleasure to support your loved one and to be able to support you in having some time for yourself without worrying.
My grandmother is 99, but is as sharp as a 20 year old. She can be very particular in her ways. I was introduced to Homecare whilst she was in hospital, as needed live-in care. We had been messed around, which had led to a longer stay, however, the deputy and her team took over care and got my grandmother home within 4 days. They are very professional in the care they offer with medication needs and care requirements. The carers they have chosen have been amazing and have become like family in a short space of time. Homecare has enabled my grandmother to return home, which was always her wish and prevented her being in a care home or hospital. I can’t thank them enough for the support and service they have given so far. My nan is smiling, laughing even having pamper days and being very well cared for, which for us as a family is a great weight lifted. I can now go back to being her granddaughter and enjoy whatever time we have left making memories.
We express heartfelt gratitude for your generous review. It is truly a joy and privilege to care for your gran, honouring her desire to remain in the comfort of her home. We take great pleasure in providing companionship and indulging her in pampering sessions she holds dear. We genuinely relish the opportunity to contribute to her well-being and support your family in this journey.
Recently my wife has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I have been so pleased with the way she has bonded with the lovely carers who see her on a daily basis and are so willing to help with her activities such as walking, a little housework, gardening and engaging with her. This has meant I'm able to take a very much-appreciated break. Thank You.
Thank you for your lovely, kind words. I know the carers enjoy spending time with her and assisting her with these activities, she is a lovely lady. You are both lovely people and it is a privilege to be able to help you.
They come morning and evening always on time happy friendly and polite. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They have made my life so much easier and highly recommend them. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words. The carers enjoy helping him and having a sing with him and enjoying his chats about the birds. He is a lovely gentleman and you are a lovely lady who we are more than happy to be helping, it is a privilege.
The Nurses Group have provided Dementia home care for my wife. Sometimes at short notice, all the carers have been very good and willing to go the extra mile, which literally in our case is in a remote village. Communication has been good with the Nurse Group management team. Their care plans are thorough, with home visits and due diligence on risks matching care to the needs of my wife.
Thank you so much for your kind review and words. Its a pleasure to help you out.
From the very first contact with Nurses Group Connect, I have been impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. The level of care my mother receives is excellent. Her carer is gentle, kind and patient. My mother was initially reluctant to have care, but her experiences have completely changed her mind. She looks forward to her carer's daily visits and says she would not manage without her.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this amazing review. We are so grateful for your kind words.
I am impressed with the level of care and support provided to my mother. I have noticed a huge change in mum now that she is having regular care provided. Whilst she was initially reluctant she has been won over and is delighted with the care she receives.
Kind regards.
