Part-Time Care Assistant

Our visits are never rushed because we know the best care happens when there’s time to laugh, listen, and simply be there. With minimum one-hour visits, regular clients, and full support from a team that’s always just a call away, you’ll have the freedom and confidence to deliver care that’s genuinely person-centred.

What You Can Expect

?? Pay: £12.60 per care hour + £12.21 travel time + £0.35 mileage
? Hours: 10 to 25 hours per week, depending on your availability
?? Contract: Zero hours
?? Schedule: Choose between weekdays or weekends (no less than 4 days a week if working weekdays)
??  Shifts Available: 07.00-15.00 or 14.00-22.00
?? Location: Field-based – you’ll travel to and from clients’ homes in Swansea and Neath
?? Requirements: Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car (Business Class 1 insurance needed)
?? Please note: We are not a licensed sponsor. Applicants must have a right to work in the UK.

• Previous experience in care or a related role (preferred but not essential)
