What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing person-centred support to individuals in the community or supported living settings
• Acting as a role model and mentor to junior staff
• Assisting with medication, personal care, daily routines, and community access
• Supporting with documentation, care plan reviews, and day-to-day coordination
• Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and the wider care team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in care (2+ year preferred)
• A can-do attitude and caring nature
• Confident communicator and reliable team player
• A driver with your own car – this is essential
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
• A desire to grow in the health and social care sector
