At Ultima Care & Nursing, we deliver person-centred, high-quality live-in care that enables people to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are now expanding our live-in care team and are looking for dedicated carers who are ready to support clients across Kent and beyond.

About You:

You have a genuine passion for supporting others

You're reliable, adaptable, and confident working alone

You hold the right to work in the UK

Ideally, you have previous care experience, especially in live-in settings (but we welcome fast learners too!)

A full UK driving licence is a bonus but not essential
Your Role:
You’ll live alongside your client, supporting them with:

Personal care and medication assistance

Meal preparation and household tasks

Companionship and emotional support

Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns

Enabling independence and choice wherever possible
