About You

·  Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care

·  NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)

·  Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry and care sector regulations

·  Inspirational leadership style with the ability to bring out the best in people

·  Commercially aware, proactive, and passionate about quality and growth

·  Essential qualities for our Care Manager: Integrity, honesty, openness and kindness

About the Role

·  Oversee all aspects of the CQC regulated domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance and quality

·  Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Supervisors and Care Assistants, supporting their development and skills

·  Build strong partnerships with referrers, local authorities, and private clients

·  Ensure care delivery meets the highest standards of safety, dignity and respect

·  Drive continuous improvement and find more efficient ways to deliver care

·  Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance, tasks vital for any Care Manager role

·  Foster a positive, accountable culture that encourages growth and teamwork
