Mum is despirate to stay in her own home, however she is struggling to cope. Caremark have been fantastic in providing the care we need. The managers are easily contacted and very responsive. The carers are delightful. Caremark Lewis tries to use a small group of regular carers who have built up a great relationship with Mum. Mum has had to be admitted to hospital on several occasions, Caremark have been excellent at working with the discharge planners to get Mum back home quickly. I would highly recommend Caremark Lewis as providers of high quality personal care.

The individual carers have established a great relationship with our Mum & are great at keeping on top of her care plan. The local manager has been amazing - with several hospital stays in the last few weeks she has reduced & then stepped up care visits brilliantly, as well as liaising with the hospital to ensure a smooth return to home. We would definitely recommend Caremark for family looking to set up regular care visits for someone.

Caremark have been providing weekend care for my mum since January 2024 and are shortly to take over her evening meal visits during the week. The manager and his team are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. They manage changes to mum's care, including weekday holiday cover when necessary with ease. They have taken the time to get to know Mum, her personality and her needs. They are easily contacted and always respond to any messages I leave.
It is a great comfort to me to know my mum is being so well looked after.

In 2021, Mark joined Caremark’s head office team, as their Director of Franchise Recruitment, and saw at first hand the fantastic care and support services that Caremark offices provided to local communities across the UK.
Mark could see how much people of all walks of life rely on Caremark’s care assistants and care teams, not only the individuals who are receiving Caremark’s care and support, but also for providing comfort and reassurance to their families and friends.
In Mark’s opinion, “Caremark have the best values, culture, expertise, passion and commitment to make life better for thousands of people.”
He was so impressed with the business concept and company values that he decided to set up his own Caremark office in Newhaven, to provide companionship, care and support services to those across the Lewes and Wealden North region.

Diane joined Caremark Lewes and Wealden in January 2024, and as our Field Care Supervisor, her role involves supervising and supporting our wonderful team of Care Assistants with their customers.
She is also the first point of contact in meeting all of our potential customers and their families, to build trust and develop a comfortable and rewarding relationship from the very start.
