I have known and been served by my Caremark carer for about five years, during which time we have established a personal and warm professional friendship. She attends to me with two hours visitis, 3 to 4 times per week. She is most reliable and meets my domestic needs, bed making, laundry, shopping, walks, etc. superbly well. Her care is comprehensive, efficient and highly responsible. I have absolute confidence and trust in her and enjoy her company. 2 or 3 times a month this service is supplemented by another Caremark carer for whom I convey the same high assessment. Both carers are a credit to your company.

I cannot praise Caremark highly enough for the care provided to Mom. When she was discharged from hospital and became bedbound I was concerned about everything would work. From the initial assessment I was made aware of how Caremark would address Moms needs (including delirium and dementia). The level of care had been first class as has the level of communication. All the carers have demonstrated compassion and respect to Mom and I'm kept informed on not just her day to day welfare but also medication food and washing requirements. All of which is vital in enabling me to provide support for the team as they care for Mom. There are too many of the team to mention them all but Sharon has been amazing in developing a relationship whereby Mom has faith in the team and what needs to happen in keeping her safe and well. Also the staff in the office are helpful and informative at all times. Based on my experience I would always recommend Caremark. Thank you for everything you do for my Mom.
