From becoming a Caremark patient, I have been extremely happy with the care I am receiving. Often the carers anticipate and deal with a potential difficulty before I have identified it myself. Most importantly the carers have a sense of humour.

Rohit & the Caremark team helped my dad twice a day. They were always there to support his needs with a smile. Very professional & polite. My dad struggled with his condition (Aphasia), which meant he couldn't speak. I think the most important aspect of the care he received was the dignity he was treated with. I will always be grateful for that.

The main carer has been on time, she is kind and helpful. All of the other carers sent to us have also been good. It has meant a lot to me to have 'time to myself'.

My mum has mixed dementia and Alzheimers and had bonded so well with her carer, who treats her with dignity and kindness. She has been a real god send to me and my family, and we don't know what we would do without her. They have a great relationship with my mum and the rest of the family. Even when an interim carer has been provided the same level of care has continued. I would recommend Caremark Greenwich to anyone seeking care for their loved one.

I have been very pleased with the care I have received from Caremark, and the carers who have helped me with care in my home. They have been kind and considerate and helpful in some cases going beyond with what they were asked to do, it makes sure I was safe and had all I needed until the next carer came, and often taking time to chat too. Some became friends sharing news of their children if I asked. Some left me feeling much much happier for their visit.
