Carkmark Bath have been providing specislist live in care for my 95 year old mother who is suffering from diagnosed congative issues. They have been kind, attentive, caring and going the extra mile to ensure Mums needs are met and that she can continue to thrive in her own home. As a family we feel
we can relax more knowing Mums care and requirements for social interaction with her carer are good hands 24hrs a day.
Reply from Jonathan Stevens, Managing Director at Caremark Bath & North East SomersetDear Rob,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a kind review. It really means a great deal to all of us at Caremark Bath.
Providing live-in care for your mum is a privilege, and we're so pleased to hear that the support from the team has helped her continue to live comfortably and happily in her own home. Knowing that our care gives you and your family greater peace of mind is exactly what we hope to achieve.
Your comments about the kindness, attentiveness and dedication of the carers will mean a lot to them. They work very hard to build genuine relationships with the people they support, and ensuring your mum has both the care she needs and meaningful social interaction is incredibly important to us.
Thank you again for your trust in Caremark Bath - it's truly an honour to support your mum and your family.

Warmest regards,
Jonathan

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I'm the principal carer for my wife who has secondary progressive MS and is severely disabled. We recently had to look for a reliable care solution to provide 24/7 care for her for 4 weeks whilst I recovered at home from surgery. We needed to feel safe with knowledgeable experienced carers and confident
that they would and could provide the level of service they offered. After looking at numerous care options, including residential and freelancers, the Caremark team gave us that confidence in their abilities. Their service was professional and their carers delivered above our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a friendly team to provide reliable care for their family or friends and have already taken the opportunity to use them again for respite breaks.
Reply from Jonathan Stevens, Managing Director at Caremark Bath & North East SomersetDear Garry,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. It truly means a great deal to all of us.
We understand how important it is to feel confident and reassured when entrusting someone else with the care of a loved one, particularly in a situation like yours. We're so pleased that our team was able to give you that peace of mind while you focused on recovering from your surgery.
Your kind words about the professionalism and dedication of our carers will mean a lot to the whole team, who always strive to provide compassionate, reliable support for every family we work with.

Thank you as well for recommending us and for continuing to trust us with your wife's care for respite support. It's a privilege to be able to support both of you.

With very best wishes,
The Caremark Team
