I contacted Caremark after my Mum had a fall at home. Following her discharge from hospital 24 hour live in support was needed to be out in place at short notice. From initial contact the team at Caremark were extremely helpful & professional. A member of the team visited Mum at home to assess her needs and then produced a detailed written care plan report within 24 hours. A carer was then assigned and was in place within 2 weeks of initial contact. The carer was a lovely gentle lady, very efficient around the house & very empathetic to Mums needs. She was very flexible and happy to adjust her time to fit in with Mums complicated recovery, even offering to stay on an extra few days at the end of the contract to fit in with ongoing plans. The team at Caremark were so easy to work with, nothing was too much trouble.

My mother has been receiving visits from Caremark carers for the past two months. We have found their service to be professional, reliable, punctual, friendly and personable. I would recommend them to anybody requiring experienced carers.

Carkmark Bath have been providing specislist live in care for my 95 year old mother who is suffering from diagnosed congative issues. They have been kind, attentive, caring and going the extra mile to ensure Mums needs are met and that she can continue to thrive in her own home. As a family we feel we can relax more knowing Mums care and requirements for social interaction with her carer are good hands 24hrs a day.
