Overall Experience
We recently engaged Caremark to provide personal care for my elderly mum who came to stay with us during June and latterly in July this year. Prior to engaging them Emma came to visit my mum to introduce herself and to explain the care they would could offer to meet my mums, and our, needs. We were very impressed with the meeting and happily arranged for them to provide mums personal care.
Emma undertook the care during mums stay in June and in July we had Jackie, Donna and Emma to assist mum.
We were delighted with the service they provided and all arrived promptly and always had a smile to greet us and mum.

I cannot thank them enough and we will most certainly engage their wonderful service in the future. Thanks you all so much.

Overall Experience

The service provided by Caremark was excellent. The carer was prompt, friendly and very helpful. Sensitive to my husbands needs. He was happy and so I was happy and could relax while I was away. Will not hesitate to use again.
