The carers themselves are again very professional, extremely caring and within a week had become part of the family. We have had previous carers for mum and to be honest as her daughter, I was a bit concerned, but I didn't need to worry. Using Caremark has made a difference in my mental health as I know mum is being cared for and safe.

Have had your service for 8 months and am very satisfied with the care I have received. The only suggestion I would make is that all operatives could wear a name badge to help each meeting.

Mum has the carer come in to wash & dress her on a morning, I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work she does. Always patient with mum, happy, always smiling, always tidy with her appearance, I don't know what we would do without her. When she is off another carer comes in & also gives good service. Absolutely shocking care provider. Numerous complaints regarding keeping to agreed visit times but problem continues. No consistency in carers, four different ones in a day, most not qualified to do the task required, i.e. asking what medication was required. Not fit for purpose. Avoid if you care for your family members.

In the past, I have used the services of several care providers and without any hesitation I can say that Caremark Malvern and Worcester are by far the best providers. My carers are very kind and considerate which I appreciate very much. My needs are taken care of and I always feel comfortable and we'll cared for. One other important aspect for me is that I am always able to have a laugh with my carers which after all as they say is the best medicine! Thank you Caremark Team for all you do for me.

Mum was originally very unsure about having carers. She thought she'd feel that her home wasn't hers. Through the kindness of her care team, she now looks forward to their visits. The care is inconsistently excellent. They are kind and respectful and always looking to improve Mum's quality of life. Thank you!

The carers who have attended to my wife have been absolutely brilliant, they have taken great care. Been very polite, always on time, and fully focused on the person they are caring for. You couldn't ask for better.

We have been very happy with the care Mum has been given during the past two weeks after a four-week stay in hospital. The carers have been cheerful and made Mum's life more bearable at a very challenging time even singing her songs which she looked forward to.
