Overall Experience
I was apprehensive about having strangers to care for all my personal needs, but very soon found that they were a 'happy bunch' sent to help me. They are all kind and considerate and put me at ease.

I know I could not manage without them, knowing there will be someone to help me is a great relief for me. Everyone is caring and cheerful.

Overall Experience

During the last month I received a very good standard of care from Caremark. I have two regular carers who provide personal care including meal preparation and assistance with showers. I also have carer who will do weekly food shopping at a local supermarket. I go to a monthly social event held at a local community centre by Caremark. The June event had a period drama themed event with live local singers and awards during Caremarks 10th year since founding. One of my carers did a referral to local GP practice for a minor issue.

Overall Experience

I am a newcomer to Caremark and so far I cannot speak other than highly of them. Staff have been friendly and attentive and always eager to assist.

Overall Experience
The standard of care is very good. The staff are always very pleasant, respectful and kind. I particularly like to see the supervisors taking a proactive role in checking and maintaining standards. We enjoy good communication and support from the team.
