Fantastic, professional & punctual care team. They are always on time & provide wonderful support with my daily routine including cooking, cleaning & managing my medication. They are also brilliant at helping me out, into the community & back home safely. Highly recommended.

Mum has a live in carer. Mum has a tablet that cycles through photos. It was lovely to hear that after only a few days looking after Mum her carer had paid so much attention to Mum that she'd learnt a lot of the family names and faces from the photos. When I visited she was so attentive to Mum, always on hand when needed to offer her care. It's a great reassurance that Mum has someone to look after her throughout the day. Thank you, Amy for organising this for us.

Carers are friendly and very obliging. Their work is very satisfactory when they are here I feel safe + secure.

I really can't recommend Caremark enough, the help they have given to my son is just invaluable. I don't know what we would do without them. The man staff is reliable and professional , they know what my son needs before they start to look after him. He has read the reviews I gave and care about it but some of the women staff was always come lated and disturbed made me feel stressed ,

We just returned from a 3 week holiday and Caremark Liverpool enabled is to do this knowing my Mum was safe. Caremark provided extra cover and ensured my Mum had everything she needed and acted as the main point of contact whilst we were away. Many thanks to all the team.

Staffs are professional and experienced. I like the fact that all carers drive saving us a lot in transport. Our experience until now is very good with them. My son likes all the carers coming to support him.

Having the carers has been great as it enables us to have more quality time with our other child. My son is happy with the carers, fabulous! Would highly recommend. At the start of the care I was untrustworthy and didn't feel comfortable with certain things but with my carers being so comforting I am now completely happy with things like allowing them to have a key to the house.

Visited a friend and at the time she was receiving care from this company. I found the staff to be very professional and caring. They treated my friend with so much dignity when providing personal care to her. I would 100% recommend them.

Renesme Memone has been our daughter's helper for two days a week for the last couple of months and we are very happy if she will continue be with our daughter because they have good connection and with Renesmes performance as she initiates to do things with our daughter Sama as well as she is a true educator , she shared skills and experiences with her and does not mind to do any support needed at her own will and with a big smile.

My carers are always punctual, polite and very friendly. They are all very good and I would recommend them to anyone.

Support workers are all amazing. They have all gone above and beyond for my son who has significant additional needs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My son adores his days out with them and sits looking out the window waiting for them. The office staff are great no ask to big and all very approachable.

Caremark staff are amazing. Staff are reliable and always turn up on time. If any issues arriving on time family are always contacted and notified. I find the staff to be caring and companionate and always arrive to the call with a great upbeat attitude. Since having Caremark as my brother's care provider it has completely change the quality of life for both him and family.

Caremark currently look after my mother. The care that they provide is professional, compassionate and flexible in in order to provide the care when it is needed to meet my mothers needs. I can not praise them highly enough as they very often go above and beyond the agreed level of care to support my mothers needs.
