on a daily basis were a joy to behold interacting with my wife like they knew each other for years. So caring, empathetic, respectful, and professional. They journeyed consistently with my wife from partial dependance to full dependence. Always on time and went the extra yards - I often had to remind them when time was up. The two young ladies were a reflection of the warm leadership of the manager and the high standards she exacts, with the manager herself going those same extra yards both during and after the engagement.
I absolutely recommend Caremark Bedford under the tutelage of the manager and Husband, for anyone at that crucially important point of bringing carers into their home.

I have found all members of staff at Caremark to be kind, helpful and supportive and the Carer's who visit my husband are caring, conscientious and cheerful. They recognise how my husband is feeling and can 'tap in' to what he may want to do that day. He is completely at ease with them, enjoys their company and they have fun together.
I feel very comfortable leaving him in their care and it has helped me enormously.

From the outset, our experience with Caremark has been exemplary. The first impression was positive in that great care was taken to identify our needs, and make sure that relevant personal details were declared and recorded. We were initially concerned that a new carer unfamiliar with us and our quirks would cause friction, and maybe even increase already heightened stress levels. Not so. The various carers we have had have universally been easy to get on with, yet totally professional. A significant factor we experience is that Caremark keep a close eye on care progress, with a more or less monthly informal visit to make sure no problems are arising.
