Caremark carers are very kind & always work to high standards. They always do the tasks we ask of them to the best of their ability. I would highly recommend the company. When I have spoken to management they are excellent e.g. changing call times if necessary. I would recommend them always.

Really happy with my mums care. Between myself and the carers, all of mums needs are taken care of. Carers are so friendly and supportive. I feel that I can relax knowing that my mum is in good hands when I am not available.

After changing from Fosse care to Caremark it as made such a dramatic improvement to my wellbeing. The staff are all amazing and I actually look forward to my visits now whereas before I dreaded them. All the girls are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The personal care is second to none,
the food they prepare is delicious, showers are a doddle and all my shopping needs are sorted after we make a list on my morning call. All the girls are so friendly and sociable which for a person like me with my disabilities is key to maintain my mental stability. I could go on writing for ages but in all seriousness I couldn't speak highly enough for the complete package that Caremark provide.

The care my dad received from all the carers was amazing. Not only did they look after all his personal needs but they also laughed, joked and chatted to him. My dad had had a massive stroke and was unable to do anything but nothing was too much trouble and they did everything with a smile. My mum was
always pleased to see them and felt at ease when they were there. The ladies on the other end of the phone were always friendly and would be happy to chat with us without making us feel like they were too busy, nothing seemed too much trouble. We will always be grateful for their amazing care. Thank you.

Victoria, Jo, Lauren, Sarah & Mel help with my Dad's care.
They are lovely, friendly caring people.
I would highly recommend Caremark to anyone requiring help in the home.

Pauline receives care once per day, six days per week. All carers are generally good time keepers, have pleasant personalities, and help Pauline in all aspects. Continuity is important so that both parties know exactly what is required. The care manager and office staff are all most helpful, when contacted
(tho' this is a rarity). All in all a well run and organised company.

The care we have received from you as been out of this world. I feel confident handing over my daughters care to you all. Our carer goes above and beyond to help. The whole team are in regular contact to ensure we are happy. Honestly caremark cannot do enough to help.

I have only been receiving home care for a month and it has already made a big difference for me. I have found the carers to be competent and very friendly and always ask if there is any way they can help further before leaving to their next appointment.

During the first two weeks of receiving my care provided by Caremark, I have had nothing but exceptional care. All the carers I have met are caring and respectful. It makes my day knowing I am going to be safe, and that makes me less stressed and happier. I don't think I could have chosen a better care

The dedication of the carers have proven to be spectacular. The way that they interact and support my parent daily is shown through their person centred care they provide. They are always on hand to offer further support if needed and will keep me informed in needed, thank you.
