All the Caremark staff are wonderful, they are all very professional and attentive and show lovely compassion and empathy. The office staff always answer the phone promptly and answer any questions we ask! They are always prepared to change visit times at short notice if they can, this has happened a couple of times. Caremark provide a brilliant service!

Mum and I would like to thank Caremark for their excellent care. The knowledge, support and care through the pathway of palliative care has been very good. I particularly enjoy having a regular team who support Mum and that changes if needs are shared. Thank you.

I have been very pleased with the care my husband has received from Caremark. The initial contact with the company and visits to set up the care package were detailed and well thought out. The carers have been polite, punctual and very caring. The company have been prepared to be flexible which was really helpful.

After changing from Fosse care to Caremark it as made such a dramatic improvement to my wellbeing. The staff are all amazing and I actually look forward to my visits now whereas before I dreaded them. All the girls are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The personal care is second to none, the food they prepare is delicious, showers are a doddle and all my shopping needs are sorted after we make a list on my morning call. All the girls are so friendly and sociable which for a person like me with my disabilities is key to maintain my mental stability. The care my dad received from all the carers was amazing. Not only did they look after all his personal needs but they also laughed, joked and chatted to him. My dad had had a massive stroke and was unable to do anything but nothing was too much trouble and they did everything with a smile. My mum was always pleased to see them and felt at ease when they were there. The ladies on the other end of the phone were always friendly and would be happy to chat with us without making us feel like they were too busy, nothing seemed too much trouble. We will always be grateful for their amazing care. Thank you.

Pauline receives care once per day, six days per week. All carers are generally good time keepers, have pleasant personalities, and help Pauline in all aspects. Continuity is important so that both parties know exactly what is required. The care manager and office staff are all most helpful, when contacted (tho' this is a rarity). All in all a well run and organised company.

The care we have received from you as been out of this world. I feel confident handing over my daughters care to you all. Our carer goes above and beyond to help. The whole team are in regular contact to ensure we are happy. Honestly caremark cannot do enough to help.
