Most of the carers were very gentle and caring. Very friendly and cheerful. And did their job to the best of their ability.

The ladies who support me are very friendly, professional and care about how I like my support. The 'office staff' are also very friendly and attentive. I have no negative experiences to share. Caremark are, by far, the best care company I have needed to use.

I am often here on weekday mornings when the girls come to do Cheryl's personal care. They are all lovely and polite and professional with the care to Cheryl. They always say hello to me too and again are very polite.

Very happy with the service provided. All team members are nice, polite and helpful. Only need a 30 minute call each day for my 92 year old mother, and even if it's just a social chat and making sure she's well, this is definitely worth it. We do have a couple of very good regulars that mum gets on extremely well with. I would certainly recommend Caremark.

My difficult sister is a client of Caremark and receives 3 visits per day. My sister has a hoarding, self neglect and binge alcohol drinking problem and a bit of Dementia thrown in the mix. Each of these issues are difficult to manage by family, as we all live quite a distance away. We therefore have to rely on the care staff on a day to day basis to make sure my sister is safe. It amazes me how well they do it. We had a potential problem recently which the carer highlighted, took positive action and prevented a probable hospital visit. I thank the carer and the team for this action and the care given every day. Thank you Caremark.

We have been with caremark several months. Carers are professional and well trained. My mother needs double up care 3 times a day and Caremark provides this, with a few consistent carers who rotate so they get to know mum and her care needs well. They are always on time and we get the times we request, not what we are given. Management are excellent and efficient with prompt replies to emails, and can cover last minute changes at short notice. Would definitely recommend to others.

From becoming a Caremark patient, I have been extremely happy with the care I am receiving. Often the carers anticipate and deal with a potential difficulty before I have identified it myself. Most importantly the carers have a sense of humour.

Rohit & the Caremark team helped my dad twice a day. They were always there to support his needs with a smile. Very professional & polite. My dad struggled with his condition (Aphasia), which meant he couldn't speak. I think the most important aspect of the care he received was the dignity he was treated with. I will always be grateful for that.

Outstanding and caring company, they matched us with the perfect live in carer whose been with us for around two years now. I don't have to micro manage anymore, which I used to find so exhausting as both my parents have dementia. I'm always kept up to date with whatever is going on re my parents care and any medical conditions that may arise. On the rare occasion I've contacted the head office about something its always been dealt with promptly and sympathetically
