All carers who look after my husband are excellent., they are thoughtful and respectful towards me and my husband. They are also checked upon as how they are keeping up with their care plan. Charges are reasonable as well.

A few years ago Raquel coordinated my Mum's short-term care when she left hospital after a fall. During that time Raquel developed a good relationship with Mum so when her health got worse last year I had no hesitation in engaging Raquel once again to coordinate her care. Raquel ensured Mum's care was excellent and their good relationship continued. We are very grateful for everything Raquel did regarding Mum's care until her move into a residential home. We highly recommend Raquel; she is an extremely experienced professional with a friendly and caring nature who helped us all through a very difficult period.

I have no complaints. The carers provided were excellent. I feel there is no need to expand further. The carers were quick to respond to client needs as and when required. They adopted a low profile in all other respects which was nice.

These people deserve a medal and more. They are kind, caring and very hard working in what can sometimes be a challenging situation. I don't know what we'd do without them. I would highly recommend them to those that need care.

Since leaving hospital in June 2025 under palliative care, your service has been brilliant. The carers have been extremely kind, thoughtful, helpful and respectful. After 9 months I am now much stronger and able to be more independent. I will miss them all dearly. Our chats and laughter. Thanking each and every one of you for everything you have done. Wonderful experience with Caremark Elmbridge while my parents are in need of some urgent extra care. Helpful and responsive office staff; kind, hard-working and respectful carers. Many thanks to all involved.

We discovered early on that our preference was for female Indian carers. It seemed that the caring culture was natural & that it was based on the respect that was installed in their lives had been for older & elderly people. They were polite & considerate at all times & looked after my wife with devotion. It helped me (her registered carer) greatly to have them (all 5 of them) in our home.

My mother needed a lot of care at home when she was discharged from hospital in a deteriorating condition. Her needs were very complex as she was newly confined to bed as well as having dementia. In addition her condition was changing from day to day. I cannot speak highly enough of the support we had from Caremark. The office staff were amazingly responsive to the frequent changes in care requirements and the often urgent need for additional care. The care staff were highly skilled and professional and kept my mother safe and reassured during what was a very difficult time. I consider myself very lucky to have had the services of such a capable, responsive and caring organisation.

Our dad sadly passed away at the age of 97 just after New Year 2026. Dad had been receiving care in his assisted living accommodation from the lovely Caremark team for a few years, and he and his daughters always very much appreciated the level of care he he received with genuine fondness. Dad was a real gentleman, but being blind, although very sharp mentally, he could from time to time express his frustrations, yet the ladies who cared for him always interacted with him with great patience and understanding. I have often told friends that the Caremark team treated dad as they would their own grandad. We remain very grateful to dad's current team, as well as his past carers. Thank you!

Caremark has provided us wtih excellent service over the past two years and has made our lives bearable though we both have disabilities. Their workers are always kind, considerate and respectful. They take care to encourage us to improve our abilities if possible and make sure any health problems are dealt with. They ensure that we have our medications and food is prepared and served to encourage our health. The office staff are responsive to our preferences and ensure that their staff are reputable and considerate to our needs.

It is good to have regular carers as they get to know the routine that I prefer.

Caring is a physically and emotionally challenging job. It's 24/7, 365, and it takes a very special person to do it well. The Caremark team are kind and personable, have integrity, and have been supportive through thick and thin.

They completed tasks, like changing the bed, very quickly and neatly. There were a number of small tasks that they did without being asked.

The carers are mostly very kind, helpful and do all I want done. They help me shower and make my breakfast. Again most are friendly and chatty, which is what I like. I don't enjoy the carers who come but do not have any conversation. My main complaint is when carer or time has been changed and I've not been told. I understand circumstances can change at last minute but someone should phone and let me know.

We've had live-in care through Caremark for my elderly mother for over a year now and are very happy with the service we receive. It was important for my mother to to have a kind, 'chatty' carer and Caremark listened to us and found her a great match.

The whole team looked after my mum, they are very reliable and the carers took the time with the client needs..I would like to say thank you to Caremark for doing everything. And recommend them .
