Outstanding and caring company, they matched us with the perfect live in carer whose been with us for around two years now. I don't have to micro manage anymore, which I used to find so exhausting as both my parents have dementia. I'm always kept up to date with whatever is going on re my parents care and any medical conditions that may arise. Caremark has helped family members in different capacities before so there was no question where to go when my Mum needed assistance recently following a hospital stay - an immense relief not having to flounder around looking for carers at short notice. As always, the manager was immediately available, attentive to and understanding of my Mum's needs. Subsequently, a care programme was put in place for my Mum to remain at home as she wishes. The carers are all extremely professional, kind and patient, sensitive to my Mum's needs on an ongoing basis; she is treated with the utmost respect and dignity. We are extremely fond of the manager, the carers and the office-based staff, whom I can contact at any time to discuss issues I might have. The team has also been helpful guiding me through the process of seeking medical advice and equipment that my mother needed to support her new way of life. I cannot speak more highly of them and wholeheartedly recommend the services of Caremark to all.

My wife and sister, in their 70's have been caring for Mum who is 101 yrs. She recently became bedridden and they could not cope with turning and changing mum. They were absolutely exhausted. From contacting GP on Monday, assessment for 24 hour homecare Tuesday which was agreed Friday. Amazingly care commenced at 3pm that day, 4 times a day and overnight. Caremark have been a lifesaver for us, everyone we have encountered have been professional, kind and understanding. The carers are first class and show my mother kindness and compassion. Thank you all.

My very elderly mother has had a live-in carer through Caremark for over two years and we are extremely happy with every aspect of her care and the service provided. Her carer is outstanding - young and lots of fun (great for my mother who finds her presence cheering and reassuring) but also highly professional, truly caring, and able to deal with serious situations and setbacks quickly and effectively. She is a very fast learner and a technical whizz. We rely on her and trust her completely. The relief carers have also been of high standard. Some are more suited to my mother than others but we have not had any significant problems. I have found the office and the manager both pro-active and responsive to any questions or concerns, and quick to deal with unforeseen circumstances such as medical issues requiring additional care or hospital discharge. In all, we feel fortunate to have Caremark and my mother's particular carer.

My husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer just 2 months ago with just months to live, so it's palliative care. Caremark are providing an excellent level of care both for my husband and to support me. The Carers are friendly, very helpful, keen to do things the way my husband likes, have adapted to my husband's sense of humour, they are just great. They have willing adjusted the evening time to suit us and they have noted the Carers we particularly gel with.
