Overall Experience

All carers who look after my husband are excellent., they are thoughtful and respectful towards me and my husband. They are also checked upon as how they are keeping up with their care plan. Charges are reasonable as well.

Caremark I cannot speak highly enough about the care company looking after my father. From the very beginning, their dedication and attention to detail have been outstanding.
The manager has gone above and beyond to ensure my father is comfortable and understood, thoughtfully arranging carers who speak his native language. This has made a huge difference, especially as his dementia has made it difficult for him to communicate in English. That level of understanding and compassion is truly invaluable.
What stands out just as much is the consistent involvement from management, who regularly visit to check on his wellbeing and ensure everything is running smoothly. It's incredibly reassuring to know he is being so closely and genuinely cared for.
The carers themselves are kind, patient, and always willing to help. They treat my father with dignity and warmth, which gives our family real peace of mind.

I'm deeply grateful for the care and support they provide every day. Thank you

Overall Experience

A few years ago Raquel coordinated my Mum's short-term care when she left hospital after a fall. During that time Raquel developed a good relationship with Mum so when her health got worse last year I had no hesitation in engaging Raquel once again to coordinate her care. Raquel ensured Mum's care was excellent and their good relationship continued. We are very grateful for everything Raquel did regarding Mum's care until her move into a residential home. We highly recommend Raquel; she is an extremely experienced professional with a friendly and caring nature who helped us all through a very difficult period.

I have no complaints. The carers provided were excellent. I feel there is no need to expand further. The carers were quick to respond to client needs as and when required. They adopted a low profile in all other respects which was nice.

Caremark provided an excellent service to my mother. They were very professional, clearly very well trained and one staff member in particular provided a touching level of oversight and management of the carers assigned. I would highly recommend Caremark to those in need of care.

Overall Experience

I used Caremark services for my late father from March 2024 until December 2024. They were extremely responsive as I needed the help at quite short notice and they were able to put in place the care my dad needed very quickly. Initially dad was given the same two carers which meant they quickly learnt his needs and how he liked things done. The carers were absolutely fantastic, so kind and professional and treated my dad with the utmost respect and dignity. Any issues or changes to dad's health were quickly reacted to and there was excellent communication between the team and myself. Later in the year my father needed increased care with 2 carers needed 4 times a day and alongside his two 'original' carers who he had come to know very well, the other team members who came gave the same high standards of care we had come to expect. I have been so impressed with the service and level of care that Caremark gave my father, I would highly recommend.

Overall Experience
As my Dad's live-in carer, and have been supporting his personal care needs solely on my own for over a year prior to Caremark commencing in February 2024, they have literally been our angels.
I've managed care services for many years, and Caremark's standards of care are truly outstanding. The training of the carers is exceptionally high and the attention to detail from the supervisor to ensure person-centred care is always at the centre of the delivery of care is so apparent.
The consistency, reliability and professionalism shown by all care staff is a real credit to the organisation and their high standards for their clients and families alike.

Thank you Caremark for the support you provide us with, and the joy the carers bring to my Dad four times a day for the last year and continue to do so, you're all amazing.
