Management:
From day one the transition from another provider was seamless. And a full detailed interview and assessment
Conducted and agreed and actioned.
Staff: All staff were polite professional and attentive and well briefed on mams needs and her respect and dignity was kept at all times. This
Was very comforting for her and my family. Care and support: was there for mam at all times and any issues were highlighted to the family and dealt with accordingly and quickly with minimum fuss. Over all 100% value for money. Highly Recommended.

My wife had a previous care company looking after her which was all good, unfortunately she was taken ill and hospitalised for 3 months which meant we lost the previous Care Provider. Fortunately my wife was deemed well enough to come home again but of course needed a Care Provider appointed. This was
in December last year and we met with two ladies from Caremark in the hospital prior to her discharge home. From the start I was impressed with the attention and support shown and now we are over four months since Caremark began caring for my wife. I need to say that we are very satisfied with the care and attention that you provide, life is difficult and unfair however your staff make it a bit easier day after day. Thank you all at Caremark, please show this to your staff as they are all doing a great job in caring for my wife.
We highly recommend Caremark to anyone that has the need of a care provider
