Excellent two way communication right from initial contact. Care Manager very flexible making changes to accommodate medical appointments, and changes in medication when required.

Caremark took care of my husband over a weekend allowing me to have a weekend break with other familly members .His care was perfect . The staff were very attentive and friendly. My husband was delighted he got on well with all staff members ,they even took time to play dominoes with him .All in all the experience was very possitive and he is happy to use this company again if the need arises. It was the first time l had left my husband at home but after meeting and talking to the Caremark staff l was reassured.
