This was made possible due to the thorough engagement of the care team manager, who took the time to understand the histories of my parents to provide them with the most appropriate support. The care team were also truly excellent, befriending my mother to give her emotional support as well as materially providing for all her physical needs. My parents’ experience of care from Caremark was superb and we are all extremely grateful for all that they have done to help my family.

But most significant is the critical action they took in calling an ambulance when my father was wrongly discharged from hospital and taking charge of the situation.
