The weight taken off me since using Caremark has been wonderful. All the carers we have had have all been superb - very caring and treat my mum like they would their own. Zero complaints. Would highly recommend.

Overall Experience

Caremark have been amazing since our initial meeting with them. My dad has dementia and mobility issues. They 'get him', his personality and sense of humour, and he always is happy to see them. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Overall Experience

I have found Caremark Lewes and Wealden to be very attentive to meeting my care needs. I have felt that my needs are important to them. They have been totally reliable. I am extremely happy with their service and would recommend them to family and friends. I feel lucky yo have such a good care team.

Overall Experience
Caremark have been providing weekend care for my mum since January 2024 and are shortly to take over her evening meal visits during the week.
The manager and his team are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. They manage changes to mum's care, including weekday holiday cover when necessary with ease. They have taken the time to get to know Mum, her personality and her needs. They are easily contacted and always respond to any messages I leave.

It is a great comfort to me to know my mum is being so well looked after.

We tried a number of home carers, and the only one we were very happy with was this one. We tried others, but they were all unsatisfactory, and we had to terminate using them and find someone else. Happily, Caremark came recommended, and they helped us for over three and half years. They were very professional and gave lots of support and advice to the family.
They never let us down on calls, even through the Covid issues and became a company for which we could rely on and know all was well. They were easy to contact, and any problems that did arise, they were there to help us solve them. I don't know what we would have done without their reliability and help.

The only reason that we have stopped using them is the fact that my father-in-law had deteriorated over time and has had to be transferred to a permanent residence in a nursing home.

Overall Experience
Caremark helped our family care for our loved one at home, we would never have been able to do this without them. They helped all of us, not just the client. Their support, kindness and care was invaluable.
Before we found Caremark we had experienced a few different companies providing care. Their standards were poor, sometimes they wouldn't turn up for visits, with no prior warning, the office would not answer calls, this was added and avoidable stress.

Caremark always attended every visit promptly and were extremely attentive to the care they were providing. Their high standards of care were always delivered with the client's dignity in mind too. I have recommended this company to friends and believe this is one of the best caregiving companies out there.

The service that my mother receives is excellent.
The carers bond with my mother and treat her with respect as an individual.
The service is tailored to her needs.
Caremark are very reliable and communicate with me regularly.

They are a great support at a difficult time.

All members of this new team are kind, competent, flexible and interesting and interested.

I have never employed 'home care' before so I couldn't compare but I do know that I shall never ask anyone else when I need one in the future.
