I've got 4 fantastic carers Philip, Lorraine, Teresa, and Michael who go way and beyond for my hubby, Tabby. They are so loving and caring and a great addition to the team at Caremark. Always professional with the way they do things, and we couldn't ask for more.Tabby and I always look forward to them
coming as their presence would always lit our little corner.

Caremark staff looked after our mum and dad over a period of 3 years and we cannot thank them enough for the excellent care their staff provided. The service was reliable and accommodated our requests for additional time as and when needed we could not have managed without them.

Caremark is an amazing company. The offer high quality of Care, i recommend it. And i rate it on the best level of intergret. Anyone looking for Care for their loved ones i recommend Caremark. They are excellent in handling their client in their homes. They offer good services like Personal Care,

Mum has received excellent care and has been treated with dignity & respect at all times. The team of carers involved are unfailingly kind and bring a positive & at times humerous approach which helps lift Mum's mood and makes a real difference to her day. The care service is well organised and responsive
and communication is very clear and effetive. I have no hesitation in recommending Caremark to others.

This company provided excellent care to our late father, enabling to remain in his home until he passed away peacefully at home in February 2025. All the carers were very caring, friendly, supportive to our father & his partner & looked after him for several months until he died. They nursed him at
home in a hospital bed, visiting 3-4 times a day & gave all cares including pressure-area care & met all his hygiene & daily needs. We couldn't fault them,

Caremark have taken care of Mum for 3 years since she had a stroke which left her paralysed from the waist down.
We have been very lucky to have the same regular carers which has made a big difference to Mum as she feels not only safe and secure but looks forward to their visits.


We lost Dad last

year, and although he did not need care, he loved their visits as they cheered up their day!


Thank you to Caremark team, not only are you making a difference to Mum but to all of the family as we know Mum is in safe, receiving a high level of care and the team are a positive in her life!

Caremark could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional when dealing with them for the short term care they gave my 86 year old mum when she was unable to use her right hand for 3 weeks due to an operation. The service was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I have had homecare for my dad for around 8/10 years. Was previously with other companies and was not happy with the service dad was getting. I've heard of Caremark as I've worked in the care industry myself and I have only heard good reports about Caremark. I was worried about dad coming home after
20 weeks in hospital and rehabilitation. I am so so glad I managed to get Caremark in, they've have been an absolute god send to my dads life and my own life. I feel at ease knowing my dad is now finally getting the best care he deserves. The carers are absolutely amazing I can't thank the carers and Caremark enough I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Your team are amazing and I'm so happy that I got Caremark in. I would highly recommend Caremark to anyone, I really appreciate everything you have all done especially Nathan and Yvette always going above and beyond and very caring towards my dad. My wife's carers still give her above and beyond care and I would highly recommend them ,they are thoughtful and helpful and do there best to get here on time and even if required earlier they try to help out

I would not recommend CareMark as a care provider as their level of service is inconsistent and due to this, it does not always meet all my mother in laws needs. All specific examples are fed back directly to Caremark.
Sadly there are only ever minimal changes made following our feedback.

An amazing team in Hull. They cared for my mum for 12 months, visiting each day to help her with food and to give her a bit of company. Staff were very professional and friendly. Thank you to them all. Further to the carers, the office staff were very helpful with no request too difficult. Thank you

Although I have only been with Caremark for a short time, I cannot find fault with the care I have received. All the carers who have been to me, have been exceptionally caring, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them especially my regular carer. The only concern I have is that I would
prefer an earlier call, ideally I would like 9.00am for my call as 10.50/11.00am is rather late for a get up call but it is what it is. Other than that I have no other concerns and I am highly satisfied.

The two regular carers I have are excellent. They go above and beyond with their care. When they are off, the carers are unreliable, they turn up way passed my original times and do not care as well.
