Having use the Worthing team for 18months I can't speak highly enough about the level of support and care the whole team showed my father through palliative care and my mother with dementia. Without exception every carer genuinely showed up wanting to make a difference and invested time in my parents. Equally the office team were quick to respond, quick to share important details and ready to step in at a moment's notice if something was needed. It's been a difficult 18months for our family and I really don't think we'd have made it through without the team.

Since being with Caremark I have found the carers very helpful and efficient.

Finding out about Caremark through a leaflet was a breath of fresh air and it has saved my life as stated before in my emails to Caremark office. There needs to be improvement with matters such as prevention of psychotic episodes and safe places to talk, evidence provided - pictures. I just wish I was aware of Caremark earlier, it has helped to prevent me doing stupid things.

Carers are lovely, caring and understanding. Worthing office team, do not let the client no if they have changed the carer or time. Carers get no travel time, they are rushing to next call or turn up late to my call (not there fault). More communication from the office would be good.

I am only 53 and have suffered from a few mental health issues (depression, anxiety & psychosis) - diabetes. I was neglecting my personl care - wouldn't leave the house - my house was also dirty/untidy. I reached out to my social worker, realising I needed some help and was given Caremark's details. Since having the carers come in (12 months roughly, especially my main carer) my life has turned around. I now live in a clean/tidy flat. I take my blodds reguarly & eat healthy. I also take regular baths, shave & change my clothes. I now feel confident in myself and will happily go out shopping/town and also attend MIND groups. Caremark (especially my main carer) has turned my life around and I an't thank them (all) enough. I could go on & on! Thanks.

I have no problems with the service Caremark provides. I gave the management satisfactory rating as I never hear or see them.

I am very happy with all aspects of my care. All my carers provide a first class service, and are always very friendly and cheerful. I really look forward to my daily visits, which are carried out very efficiently and I am always treated with dignity. The ratings describe the experience my wife and I had and continue to have with Caremark.

Over the past year since we have had input from Caremark, the care staff have been very kind, cheerful and helpful. We have been especially grateful to have them in the house on a few occasions where there has been a problem (eg: fall, telephone not working etc), and they have either contacted myself or taken appropriate action. Office/admin/management staff also very helpful, courteous and responsive to any contacts. There have been occasions where care staff have attended at a completely different time from that shown on the rota or been very late but these have been very few, and we understand that timing has to be flexible as other clients will have similar needs and visits may run over.

All the carers are very willing & helpful. We have no problems with any of them. They all do their jobs very well, are pleasant and cheerful.

I think your good actually, everything required they do. Regular carers are excellent, and are aware of what help I need as well as noticing when I am having a day when I'm not so well. The office staff always answer the phone quickly and are polite and helpful. I would recommend Caremark to friends and family.

My advise to anyone looking for help, would be that you need look no further than Caremark.

I have never had cause to complain , and any small, niggles are dealt with by staff and carers immediately, not that there have been more than 2 or 3 in 2 and 1/2 years. I am certain ongoing care will be as good. All the staff seem to me to really care and have looked after my 96 year old mother with dignity and respect . I couldn't be happier with Care Mark.

My husband has been having carers from Caremark for almost three years, during last year he was hospitalised three times, during his hospital stays he was visited by a carer each stay (during their time off),, it was appreciated and made him feel so much better. He says his daily calls are something he looks forward to and appreciates everything they do, but more importantly make him feel he is still a person who has much to offer and not just an old man with a memory problem

Tom my husband is very happy with the care he gets from Caremark. The carers are so happy and kind and see to his every need. The office is always very helpful and see's to his needs.
