My carers are absolutely lovely, kind and supportive. I had a lady today and she really supported me incredibly well and I would happily have her support me again. I also find great support from whoever is in office when I call. Im treated with kindness, patience and dignity.

Generally, I am very happy with the carers' service and attempt to please. They mostly work hard and carry out their duties as would be expected of them - some carers have learnt a lot in a short time and definitely aim to please.

I have a very positive experience of using Caremark (Chichester). Care staff treat you with respect and dignity and are always cheerful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Office staff are equally friendly and always as helpful as they can be. My only gripe would be that communication
needs to improve regarding changes to rotas, other than that a great service.
