Carers are absolutely brilliant and are very professional. They have built up such a bond with dad. The laughter that I hear is so pleasing. The company as a whole are amazing. The carers are very professional but at the same time have a brilliant laugh with dad. Keep up your amazing work.

The OT visited this morning, overlapping with Mums carer Chippy who works for Caremark. . When the OT left later she said what a wonderful, caring and communicative carer Chippy is.
I completely agree with her comments as that's exactly how we find her .

I had Shazia today, she is always very kind and friendly, it feels like going out with my friend/sister which helps since I receive companionship. I find her very pleasant, punctuionsl and professional and always look forward to when she comes to help me.

My Nan has been so happy with all the carers that have been into visit her, she particularly enjoyed chatting with one of the ladies this evening. She has been so full of praise about all of the carers and the level of care they are providing

She is punctual and patient.

I was not sure what to expect and was so impressed by the organisation and the lovely friendly carers who have quickly become almost part of the family. My wife and I look forward to their visits.

Generally, I am very happy with the carers' service and attempt to please. They mostly work hard and carry out their duties as would be expected of them - some carers have learnt a lot in a short time and definitely aim to please.

I have a very positive experience of using Caremark (Chichester). Care staff treat you with respect and dignity and are always cheerful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Office staff are equally friendly and always as helpful as they can be. My only gripe would be that
communication needs to improve regarding changes to rotas, other than that a great service.

Girls are always happy and they never make my husband feel embarrassed. They communicate with him throughout his care call. Nothing is ever too much.

I look forward to the girls coming in because I know that I will have someone to talk to and get some personal care as there is a lot of things I am unable to do.
