Caremark Mid Sussex & Crawley

One member of staff in particular is really nice and very polite to me and all of my carers are excellent and treat me very well. I am very satisfied. Caremark is considerate company and they put my needs first and look after me very well and nicely. I have no complaints at all, I am very satisfied.

I have found all carers understanding, patient and very caring to all my needs.

In the last few months, they remained as above while having to do everything for him and for some they were able to show him love too, which again was so very special. I, and the family, will always be very grateful to the whole team who took such good care of us all.

The first thing I'd like to say is how much my confidence has grown since I've been having these carers. All of the carers are cheerful, kind, helpful, reassuring and encouraging. They brighten up my day.

My mother receives a care package of 4 care calls a day, with 2 carers at each care call. The care that my mother receives from Caremark is excellent and every carer that walks through my mother's door goes above and beyond their roles as carers. The office staff and management have at all times supported both my mother and me with situations that I could not have been able to deal with on my own. The service delivered throughout the world pandemic has been more than excellent. I would like to add that my mother had Covid 19 in January and it is because of the carer's quick actions along side paramedics in my view saved my mother's life. I personally do not think that care being delivered in the community is given the recognition that it deserves. They are my mother's and my heroes.

I have been a client of Caremark for about eighteen months and have been very happy with their service. They always arrive for their appointments and on the rare occasion they have been unable to come they always send a substitute, you are never left without help. I have found all staff pleasant and helpful, they are neatly turned out and groomed. Over the time they have visited we have become good friends and I look forward to their daily visits. It feels like I belong to one big family and am very pleased that Caremark are looking after me.

I like my care company as they give me companionship and remind me to take my medication. They have all been very friendly and help me with a few problems.

In my opinion Caremark, Mid Sussex are a first class care company and I have been impressed with the attention to detail in ensuring a professional and caring approach to all that they do. They have outstanding staff supported by ongoing training and an efficient office back up.
