Lauren has always supported Andrew in the Caremark venture, however actively joined the business in 2013 on a part-time basis supporting the Caremark Worthing & Adur office with admin duties and recruitment. This gradually progressed to a full-time recruitment role. Lauren is now the director of the 3 offices. A confident people-person with good organisational skills, she thoroughly enjoys this role and being able to advocate for the industry as well as the businesses. She also became a franchisee in 2019 and is incredibly proud to be a part of the growth and development of all 3 offices.
After working in a pre-school whilst studying for her NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, Kayleigh became a care and support worker at Caremark (Pulborough) in 2017. Kayleigh gained experience in several roles during her time at Caremark (Pulborough), including care coordinator and deputy care manager. After achieving her NVQ Level 5 in management in health and social care, she was ready for a new challenge and became a Registered Care Manager at Caremark (Arun).
Lauren’s journey in care started back in 2014 as a care assistant. She completed an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care whilst working with her family-run business. Lauren joined Caremark Arun in 2019 and felt like she had found somewhere she could settle and be a part of for the foreseeable future. Lauren had a little girl in May 2020 and after coming back from maternity leave was offered a new role as Recruitment Executive. As of 2023, Lauren is our in-house trainer, providing our care and support workers with a wealth of important knowledge and sharing her experience, supporting them in their roles. Lauren is also working towards her NVQ Level 4 and is excited to take on her new title as Deputy manager alongside her training role.
Amy studied health and social in college and achieved an NVQ level 3, before starting her career as a care and support worker. Amy began working for Caremark in 2020. She gained experience as a field care supervisor before joining the office team as care co-ordination for the Bognor and Arundel area. Amy is very happy to have the opportunity to help, support and make a positive impact on the people she supports.
Kirsty began her career in retail. However, after welcoming her son into the world, she felt the pull for a more meaningful career path. Amidst the challenges posed by Covid-19, Kirsty transitioned into the care industry. Starting as a dedicated care assistant, she found her footing and her role developed into becoming a care coordinator. In 2023, Kirsty joined Caremark and dedicated herself to the role of care co-ordinator, overseeing and organising essential aspects of caregiving.
Beyond the fulfilling aspects of her professional life, Kirsty finds joy and purpose in her role as a family person.
Spending quality time with her partner and her son is what fuels her passion for both work and life. Kirsty states she is truly grateful to be in a job she loves, where every day presents an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those she cares for.
