Over the past year since we have had input from Caremark, the care staff have been very kind, cheerful and helpful. We have been especially grateful to have them in the house on a few occasions where there has been a problem (eg: fall, telephone not working etc), and they have either contacted
myself or taken appropriate action. Office/admin/management staff also very helpful, courteous and responsive to any contacts. There have been occasions where care staff have attended at a completely different time from that shown on the rota or been very late but these have been very few, and we understand that timing has to be flexible as other clients will have similar needs and visits may run over.

I'm not too sure what to say. All the carers employed by you and that come to Mick and I are truly worth their weight in gold.
Ella has settled in very well and is a joy to be around.
Don't think I will ever forget Jacqui's help when Mick went 'walkabout' following an appointment, not forgetting
the help given by the office.
Louaye works well with Mick and he passed on his experience to Caroline.
Carly is another relatively new carer and is excellent.
Patsy never fails to make us laugh, but does a wonderful job.
Elshaddaì works well with Mick.
I could go on about all the carers we have but I think I'll run out of space.
We appreciate them/you all.

All the carers are very willing & helpful. We have no problems with any of them. They all do their jobs very well, are pleasant and cheerful.

Tom my husband is very happy with the care he gets from Caremark. The carers are so happy and kind and see to his every need. The office is always very helpful and see's to his needs.

All the carers who visit are kind, considerate and communicative. They do all the jobs necessary in an efficient way and always leave the rooms tidy and clean. Extremely happy with the service and all their patience.
Also, the office staff are always very helpful, efficient and flexible when we
need to make changes.

Overall my experience has been & still is excellent. When potential delays occur, carers always call & apologise & explain e.g traffic or problems with previous client.

We are very happy with all the care our mother gets. The carers are always polite and treat mum with dignity and respect.

Really enjoyed the coffee morning do hope that it is repeated. I think Caremark do a wonderful job, all the carers are very courteous to me and my family including my two cats. They treat my husbands ie teddy bear with full respect, which I appreciate. Thank you all the office staff and of course
the carers which are all brilliant. Treat me like family.

Caremark has been looking after my dad for 12 months now. We are very pleased with the standard and level of care that he is receiving. The carers are friendly, caring, and considerate and ensure he has what he needs. The office is prompt to contact us in the case of any issues and is always
available to answer any queries.

Whilst my Mum was only under Caremark for a short time I cannot fault their organization skills and the warmth of their staff. My Mum went from 2 visits to 4 per day in a couple of days, needing 2 carers, and great service.
