Caremark Worthing & Adur offers a range of care and support packages to help adults and children to remain independent. They support people in all aspects of their daily living at home and within the community. All carers are fully-trained and DBS checked and look to respect the needs of the individual as well as the opinions of family members and loved ones.

They understand that when you require support with your personal care and daily living, it can be difficult for you and you might worry about losing your independence. Carers can provide support from as little as a half-hour call to a highly affordable 24 hour 'live-in' service with a Care and Support Worker living with you at home.

A specially trained staff team support children and young adults with disabilities of all ages from birth to transition into adulthood. Additionally they provide services for people with learning difficulties, autism, Asperger's and acquired brain injury.

Inacia, Julie, Grace and the team at Caremark are everything you could wish for, when putting your loved ones in the hands of carers.
Not only do they continue to offer a 1st class service for my Mum - but in the hardest of times, they have been there to inform, advise and support me and my Dad too.
A
call to the office will always be picked up and dealt with efficiently.
I cannot recommend Caremark enough.
My advise to anyone looking for help, would be that you need look no further than Caremark.

I have never had cause to complain , and any small, niggles are dealt with by staff and carers immediately, not that there have been more than 2 or 3 in 2 and 1/2 years. I am certain ongoing care will be as good. All the staff seem to me to really care and have looked after my 96 year old mother with
dignity and respect . I couldn't be happier with Care Mark.

My husband has been having carers from Caremark for almost three years, during last year he was hospitalised three times, during his hospital stays he was visited by a carer each stay (during their time off),, it was appreciated and made him feel so much better. He says his daily calls are something
he looks forward to and appreciates everything they do, but more importantly make him feel he is still a person who has much to offer and not just an old man with a memory problem

Caremark are absolutely the right Company for me. It has been a difficult 2 years, losing my Dad and Mum, who were looked after by Caremark. Now they are looking after me. The Office staff are always available to deal with queries in a comforting professional manner. The Carers are my extended family
who pick me up emotionally when I feel down. No day goes by without having a laugh and leaving me happy. Thanks Caremark.

Caremark Worthing have been fantastic carers for my bedridden mum. They are friendly, caring, kind and reliable and very good at communicating with me and the nurses/GP as necessary, and at following things up. One staff member in particular is so dedicated, she is thorough, tireless and always responds.
Some of the carers have been with mum for years, and really know her well. Caremark have always been there and I feel very lucky that mum has such lovely people to look after her.

From February'24 to January '25, I was lucky enough to have CareMark attend my bedridden Mum at home which was her wish. Without CareMark - we could never have achieved her wish. We just didn't have the skills. CareMark provided essential care, but much much more. The carers were there for my Mum, but
really they were 100% in support of me too. They had a degree of experience that guided me to call the doctor when needed, or keep the routine medicines under control/supply. I'm certain that I could not have achieved a year of caring for my Mother without their particular help. I am indebted to you. Whilst her passing was a sad loss, I'm certain that she was completely comfortable to the end, and I thank you all for your part in achieving that.

My friend came to Caremark in 2024 took her sometime to accept support. But with so much encouragement and enthusiasm from the carers my friend was willing to accept and is very happy she has done so. The girls support my friend with, not only her personal requirements, but also her shopping and managing
to keep her home clean and tidy. I feel as her friend we can all relax and know she's taken care of.

Carers are always kind, helpful and friendly. I could not manage living at home without the assistance. They not only care for me assisting in washing and dressing but do any little jobs I require ie opening bottles, picking up jigsaw pieces I have dropped, watering my plants, emptying my dishwasher
and generally keep me and my flat tidy.

Since my nan has been with Caremark Worthing & Adur, we have been able to have such peace of mind. The carers are excellent, they engage with my nan, ask her about her day, laugh with her. They take so much pressure off my mum and we are grateful for all they do.

Nicky Newham

Nicky began her working career in retail in 2005, where her natural leadership ability and strong work ethic quickly set her apart. By the age of just 21, she had progressed to the role of Store Manager—an early achievement that reflected her drive, resilience, and ability to lead teams successfully.


In 2010, Nicky made a bold and life-changing decision to leave retail in search of a career that offered greater purpose and personal fulfilment. That decision led her to Caremark (Worthing & Adur), where she started as a Care Assistant and discovered a genuine passion for the care sector and for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.


With determination, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Nicky embraced every opportunity to grow and develop. She progressed through every role available within the company, continually expanding her knowledge, strengthening her leadership skills, and setting high standards for herself and those around her.


Today, Nicky is the Registered Care Manager of Caremark (Worthing & Adur). She leads with integrity, empathy, and ambition, and is incredibly proud of the dedicated team she has built. Casey-Lee Boltwood

I have worked in social care since 2003, starting my career supporting children. Between 2003 and 2008, I also travelled to Mexico to help support the establishment of a children’s playscheme for less fortunate communities, which was an incredibly rewarding experience.


From 2008 to 2016, I worked with individuals with learning disabilities and severe challenging behaviour. I have always thoroughly enjoyed supporting others, and this role strengthened my passion for working in social care and making a real difference in people’s lives.


In 2016, I joined Caremark (Worthing & Adur) as a Co-ordinator. Through hard work, a positive attitude towards challenges, and strong communication skills, I was promoted to Deputy Care Manager in December 2020. I am still in this role today and genuinely love what I do and the people I work with. I find my work meaningful and take great pride in knowing that what I do truly matters and makes a real difference every day.

Niki Smart

Job Title: Senior Care Coordinator Joined: 2016

Before joining Caremark, Niki built a successful 12-year career as a Senior Account Manager within a field marketing company. Following redundancy in 2015, Niki found herself at a crossroads and unsure of what direction to take next. It was during this time that a friend, who was already working at Caremark, suggested she apply for a carer role.


With no previous experience in care and some initial uncertainty about whether the role would be the right fit, Niki decided to take the leap—and quickly discovered a real passion for the work. She absolutely loved the role and formed strong, meaningful relationships with Caremark’s wonderful customers, finding the work both rewarding and fulfilling.


Niki’s dedication, enthusiasm, and natural ability were soon recognised, leading to her progression into the role of Senior Carer and later becoming a Trainer, where she supported and developed new members of the care team.


Today, Niki works in the office as a Senior Care Co-ordinator. She thoroughly enjoys her role, supporting both customers and care staff, and takes great pride in working alongside a fantastic team of people who share the same commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Nicole Bray

Nicole joined Caremark in 2017 as a Care Assistant, bringing compassion, dedication, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to every customer she supported. Her hard work and natural leadership skills were quickly recognised, and within two years she was promoted to a senior role.


After taking time away on maternity leave, Nicole returned to the team feeling supported and valued and was soon offered a further promotion. My name is Rivan, and caring for others has been at the heart of my journey from a very young age. I began working in a care setting at just 16 years old after finishing school, starting my career through an apprenticeship. After completing my Level 2 qualification, I was eager to expand my knowledge and gain further experience, which led me into domiciliary care.
