Dad and I are very happy with the care, kindness, empathy, understanding amazing service. Thank you.
Carers are always kind, helpful and friendly. I could not manage living at home without the assistance. They not only care for me assisting in washing and dressing but do any little jobs I require ie opening bottles, picking up jigsaw pieces I have dropped, watering my plants, emptying my dishwasher and generally keep me and my flat tidy.
Since my nan has been with Caremark Worthing & Adur, we have been able to have such peace of mind. The carers are excellent, they engage with my nan, ask her about her day, laugh with her. They take so much pressure off my mum and we are grateful for all they do.
I am very pleased with the care I have been given. They always turn up during the morning and they are very pleasant.
All in all every carer is lovely. There have been a couple of issues but they have been sorted.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am pleased to hear any issues were addressed and dealt with accordingly by the office team.
Very good experience of service. Carers are very friendly and helpful. Wish rota wasn't changed so much.
Thank you for your review. I can see the last couple of weeks there have been some changes to your normal daily schedule. Hopefully things have now been corrected and someone from the office will give you a call today.
Carers show understanding of my husband's needs.
Very satisfied with the carers that look after my wife. Any problems, they let me know and treat my wife with dignity and care.
I have used a few care company services before and I can say honestly that Caremark have been the most professional. The carers themselves are very well trained and they use an app which tells them exactly what to do, if they are new to visiting me. They scan a barcode when they enter and leave. Our previous company used to charge for a 45 min visit but many carers would be in and out within 15 mins but Caremark carers all stay for the full 45 mins and do whatever is required within that time. Many of the carers are very friendly and make me look forwards to their visit. I am very happy to recommend Caremark.
My care has been excellent. Thank you.
Have no complaints regarding service. All carers are very pleasant and helpful.
The quality of care and service is very high. The carers, whilst primarily needed to assist with showering, getting out of the shower, also provide any other jobs needed by my mother, such as watering plants and refilling the kettle. They are all very friendly and professional, treating my mum with respect and care.
All the carers who come to me are always happy and very friendly and helpful. They brighten up my day and I always find they are excellent in all areas that they help me with. I don't know what I would do without them.
All the staff have been excellent, looking after my needs and helping me to feel better.
I am very happy with the service. All carers have been supportive, friendly and very helpful.
Caremark are very kind and understanding.
I find the carers to be very helpful and it's nice to see a smiley face.
We love all our carers and I usually have about eleven different carers a week. We find them all efficient, helpful, kind and very "caring". We get a 'rota' every week and the carers are on time as much as possible. They are patient with my husband who is very slow at 93 years. We have no complaints.
Efficiently run despite current conditions, carers all appear competent, inspiring confidence. Unfailingly cheerful, managing to adjust their approach to client's "mood". I almost always feel better and encouraged after a session.
The care, courtesy and efficiency of the carers tending to my husband has been extremely good and any niggles we have had have been dealt with quickly. When contacting the office staff, they have also been very courteous and have amended schedules for me as necessary. All in all, our experience with Caremark has been good, though the costs seem huge, but unfortunately, we need two carers each visit.

Nicky began her working career in retail in 2005, where her natural leadership ability and strong work ethic quickly set her apart. By the age of just 21, she had progressed to the role of Store Manager—an early achievement that reflected her drive, resilience, and ability to lead teams successfully.
In 2010, Nicky made a bold and life-changing decision to leave retail in search of a career that offered greater purpose and personal fulfilment. That decision led her to Caremark (Worthing & Adur), where she started as a Care Assistant and discovered a genuine passion for the care sector and for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
With determination, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Nicky embraced every opportunity to grow and develop. She progressed through every role available within the company, continually expanding her knowledge, strengthening her leadership skills, and setting high standards for herself and those around her.
Today, Nicky is the Registered Care Manager of Caremark (Worthing & Adur). She leads with integrity, empathy, and ambition, and is incredibly proud of the dedicated team she has built. Nicky is passionate about supporting and inspiring others, and her journey stands as a powerful example of what can be achieved through hard work, belief, and a true commitment to outstanding care.
I have worked in social care since 2003, starting my career supporting children. Between 2003 and 2008, I also travelled to Mexico to help support the establishment of a children’s playscheme for less fortunate communities, which was an incredibly rewarding experience.
From 2008 to 2016, I worked with individuals with learning disabilities and severe challenging behaviour. I have always thoroughly enjoyed supporting others, and this role strengthened my passion for working in social care and making a real difference in people’s lives.
In 2016, I joined Caremark (Worthing & Adur) as a Co-ordinator. Through hard work, a positive attitude towards challenges, and strong communication skills, I was promoted to Deputy Care Manager in December 2020. I am still in this role today and genuinely love what I do and the people I work with. I find my work meaningful and take great pride in knowing that what I do truly matters and makes a real difference every day.
Before joining Caremark, Niki built a successful 12-year career as a Senior Account Manager within a field marketing company. Following redundancy in 2015, Niki found herself at a crossroads and unsure of what direction to take next. It was during this time that a friend, who was already working at Caremark, suggested she apply for a carer role.
With no previous experience in care and some initial uncertainty about whether the role would be the right fit, Niki decided to take the leap—and quickly discovered a real passion for the work. She absolutely loved the role and formed strong, meaningful relationships with Caremark’s wonderful customers, finding the work both rewarding and fulfilling.
Niki’s dedication, enthusiasm, and natural ability were soon recognised, leading to her progression into the role of Senior Carer and later becoming a Trainer, where she supported and developed new members of the care team.
Today, Niki works in the office as a Senior Care Co-ordinator. She thoroughly enjoys her role, supporting both customers and care staff, and takes great pride in working alongside a fantastic team of people who share the same commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Nicole joined Caremark in 2017 as a Care Assistant, bringing compassion, dedication, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to every customer she supported. Her hard work and natural leadership skills were quickly recognised, and within two years she was promoted to a senior role.
After taking time away on maternity leave, Nicole returned to the team feeling supported and valued and was soon offered a further promotion. She happily accepted the role of Care Coordinator, where she now plays a key part in supporting both customers and care staff, ensuring care is delivered to the highest standard.
Nicole describes Caremark as the best company she has worked for, highlighting not only the kindness and gratitude of the customers but also the supportive, welcoming team environment. She says feeling genuinely valued and appreciated by the team has made her career journey with Caremark both rewarding and fulfilling.
My name is Rivan, and caring for others has been at the heart of my journey from a very young age. I began working in a care setting at just 16 years old after finishing school, starting my career through an apprenticeship. This early experience gave me a strong foundation in person-centred care and confirmed that supporting others was not just a job for me, but a true passion.
After completing my Level 2 qualification, I was eager to expand my knowledge and gain further experience, which led me into domiciliary care. Working in this setting allowed me to build meaningful relationships with individuals in their own homes, supporting them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
In 2019, I joined Caremark, where I continued to grow both personally and professionally. Over the next two years, I demonstrated commitment, compassion, and strong organisational skills, which resulted in the opportunity to progress into a Care Co-ordinator role. In this position, I take pride in supporting both service users and care staff, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
I truly love what I do. Being able to make a positive difference in someone’s life every day is incredibly rewarding, and helping others live safely and comfortably is what motivates me most. Care is more than a career to me — it is something I am deeply passionate about, and I am proud of the impact I make through my work.

Angie has an incredible gift for building meaningful, lasting relationships, and she is deeply respected by everyone who has the privilege of working with her.

In 2013, Inacia began thinking seriously about going abroad. After 20 years working in a library, she knew it was time for a new challenge and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. That decision marked the beginning of a journey that would shape both her career and her life.
Bilingual since primary school, English was a natural choice for Inacia, and England felt like the right place — close enough to remain connected to her son and mum, who have always been central to her life. With a lifelong passion for working with people and experience supporting children, young adults, and elderly individuals, care felt like a natural and rewarding path.
After sending out several CVs, Inacia received a response from Caremark. She arrived in England at the very end of 2013, and she has never looked back. From the very beginning, her dedication, compassion, and commitment stood out.
Inacia truly loves her role and feels incredibly fortunate to work alongside colleagues who quickly became friends and are now considered family. Her outstanding work ethic, reliability, and genuine care for both clients and colleagues have not gone unnoticed. She is regularly nominated for awards by her peers in recognition of her exceptional standards, leadership, and positive impact across the organisation.
Through her continued commitment and natural leadership, Inacia has progressed into the role of Senior Field Care Supervisor, where she supports management with compliance, quality standards, and day-to-day operations. Widely regarded as the heart and soul of the company, she also plays a key role in supporting and organising events, ensuring that all clients feel included, valued, and celebrated.
Inacia’s journey is a true reflection of dedication, teamwork, and a deep love for what she does — and she remains an inspiration to colleagues and clients alike.
