The staff are always polite and professional. They are aware of my husband's needs and work accordingly. The company use an app which allows me to see the times of the calls, if these need to be changed.
All carers, young and old, are friendly, helpful and efficient.
As a qualified social worker, I have a great deal of experience of care agencies and most fail to deliver what they promise at the assessment. Not Caremark. They were truly excellent and completely person-centred.
Every single member of the team - the staff in the office, the seniors and the carers were so considerate and caring. You could tell that they genuinely cared about my grandmother and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Every time I visited my granny, she told me how wonderful the carers were. She was a very proud and independent lady, so having carers was really hard for her but they always made her feel special and were so kind and respectful.
My family and I will be eternally grateful to Caremark and their carers and we will never forget them.
All the staff are caring, polite and do their best. We will continue to use Caremark and recommend them highly.
They all check in on my partner too, making sure he's as ok as he can be or keeping an eye on me whilst he nips to the shops.
I used to work in a different area of social support and once had a client describe our relationship as "we're not best friends but we're very friendly" and I think that sums up my relationship with my Caremark support.
Thank you is just not enough.
My mother had used Caremarks service for over two years with an average of up to four calls a day. Recently she was given one month's notice to have her service ended as the manager didn’t feel able to provide her care anymore. I was told by the manager they would only leave Mum if new carers were in place. No care can be found as a shortage of carers in the industry at this present time. Caremark left Mum on the day of her end of notice period with no other care in place. I am having to not work at all and care for my mother with one other private carer who does some days. I’m absolutely amazed the law allowed this. My mum is 99 years old. I can’t fault her main carers and I know they were sorry Mum was given notice to end their service.
Regarding your comment with Caremark leaving your mum without care. Unfortunately, when notice is served on a...
All the staff are pleasant and helpful. They do their best to accommodate our needs.
Since my grandma had a fall, Caremark have supported her to remain safe and remain at home, this was important to us as a family, knowing she is cared for and visited daily. Caremark staff always chat to my grandma and keep her spirits up. Wouldn't be without the amazing team.
My son has a support worker and she is absolutely brilliant.
Me and my daughter have regular care every day, mornings and nights. The care my daughter has received over the last three years has been totally amazing, even with the support I get, also is something me and my daughter couldn't live without. The girls have been willing to learn so much about my daughter, who has severe complex needs, and I feel like now the carers just take it in their stride. Always smiling, problem solving, supporting and happy to help in any situation. Me and my daughter love our carers.
Caremark has been looking after my mother for just over a year now and I cannot fault them. Having Caremark come in and look after my mum has enabled her to stay in her own home. All the carers have been so kind and caring at all times.
We find the carers very pleasant and respectful to my husband. He is very pleased with their care of him. They carry out duties very well and always ask if they can do more. Also on occasions they have noted and reported any medical problems.
My care provider has been attending to my general needs over the last eighteen months. These included essential shopping trips and making sure that appointments were put in place to the opticians and audiologist regularly. Initially, she was concerned that I was developing confidence in my ability to deal with everyday events, particularly as I have suffered an incident involving a recent, severe head bump. The highlight of her support is our regular, weekly 'health walk' and lively, interesting conversation.
Staff are kind and generous, polite and always smiling which makes me smile.
We have no comparisons with other companies.
I would be happy to recommend Caremark to anyone. My husband has been using Caremark for 10 months as his care provider, for which we are both extremely satisfied. The staff are always respectful and dignified with their care and provide the support he requires. They are always punctual with their visits and they contact us if there is going to be a delay. The management have always been excellent and listen to any problems or requests with great understanding.
Individuality comes to mind, with the attention to detail that the carers provided to our family member. Nothing really seemed too much bother for them.
All the Caremark carers are prompt and according to the rota given to us in advance. Some changes are made due to illness etc, but we are mostly phoned by the office beforehand. They always leave everything tidy after their visit and work caringly and cleanly.
We are relieved to find that the carers in this agency are perfectly capable of supplying a 'higher' element of care and do so willingly without complaint and with a cheerful manner.
I found the care staff very helpful.

Raj was drawn to Caremark because of its strong values and its commitment to inclusive, person-centred care. He chose Caremark Worthing & Adur in particular because of its excellent local reputation, the trust it has built with families, and the professionalism and dedication of its care team.

Nicky began her working career in retail in 2005, where her natural leadership ability and strong work ethic quickly set her apart. By the age of just 21, she had progressed to the role of Store Manager—an early achievement that reflected her drive, resilience, and ability to lead teams successfully.
In 2010, Nicky made a bold and life-changing decision to leave retail in search of a career that offered greater purpose and personal fulfilment. That decision led her to Caremark (Worthing & Adur), where she started as a Care Assistant and discovered a genuine passion for the care sector and for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
With determination, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Nicky embraced every opportunity to grow and develop. She progressed through every role available within the company, continually expanding her knowledge, strengthening her leadership skills, and setting high standards for herself and those around her.
Today, Nicky is the Registered Care Manager of Caremark (Worthing & Adur). She leads with integrity, empathy, and ambition, and is incredibly proud of the dedicated team she has built. Nicky is passionate about supporting and inspiring others, and her journey stands as a powerful example of what can be achieved through hard work, belief, and a true commitment to outstanding care.
I have worked in social care since 2003, starting my career supporting children. Between 2003 and 2008, I also travelled to Mexico to help support the establishment of a children’s playscheme for less fortunate communities, which was an incredibly rewarding experience.
From 2008 to 2016, I worked with individuals with learning disabilities and severe challenging behaviour. I have always thoroughly enjoyed supporting others, and this role strengthened my passion for working in social care and making a real difference in people’s lives.
In 2016, I joined Caremark (Worthing & Adur) as a Co-ordinator. Through hard work, a positive attitude towards challenges, and strong communication skills, I was promoted to Deputy Care Manager in December 2020. I am still in this role today and genuinely love what I do and the people I work with. I find my work meaningful and take great pride in knowing that what I do truly matters and makes a real difference every day.
Before joining Caremark, Niki built a successful 12-year career as a Senior Account Manager within a field marketing company. Following redundancy in 2015, Niki found herself at a crossroads and unsure of what direction to take next. It was during this time that a friend, who was already working at Caremark, suggested she apply for a carer role.
With no previous experience in care and some initial uncertainty about whether the role would be the right fit, Niki decided to take the leap—and quickly discovered a real passion for the work. She absolutely loved the role and formed strong, meaningful relationships with Caremark’s wonderful customers, finding the work both rewarding and fulfilling.
Niki’s dedication, enthusiasm, and natural ability were soon recognised, leading to her progression into the role of Senior Carer and later becoming a Trainer, where she supported and developed new members of the care team.
Today, Niki works in the office as a Senior Care Co-ordinator. She thoroughly enjoys her role, supporting both customers and care staff, and takes great pride in working alongside a fantastic team of people who share the same commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Nicole joined Caremark in 2017 as a Care Assistant, bringing compassion, dedication, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to every customer she supported. Her hard work and natural leadership skills were quickly recognised, and within two years she was promoted to a senior role.
After taking time away on maternity leave, Nicole returned to the team feeling supported and valued and was soon offered a further promotion. She happily accepted the role of Care Coordinator, where she now plays a key part in supporting both customers and care staff, ensuring care is delivered to the highest standard.
Nicole describes Caremark as the best company she has worked for, highlighting not only the kindness and gratitude of the customers but also the supportive, welcoming team environment. She says feeling genuinely valued and appreciated by the team has made her career journey with Caremark both rewarding and fulfilling.
My name is Rivan, and caring for others has been at the heart of my journey from a very young age. I began working in a care setting at just 16 years old after finishing school, starting my career through an apprenticeship. This early experience gave me a strong foundation in person-centred care and confirmed that supporting others was not just a job for me, but a true passion.
After completing my Level 2 qualification, I was eager to expand my knowledge and gain further experience, which led me into domiciliary care. Working in this setting allowed me to build meaningful relationships with individuals in their own homes, supporting them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
In 2019, I joined Caremark, where I continued to grow both personally and professionally. Over the next two years, I demonstrated commitment, compassion, and strong organisational skills, which resulted in the opportunity to progress into a Care Co-ordinator role. In this position, I take pride in supporting both service users and care staff, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
I truly love what I do. Being able to make a positive difference in someone’s life every day is incredibly rewarding, and helping others live safely and comfortably is what motivates me most. Care is more than a career to me — it is something I am deeply passionate about, and I am proud of the impact I make through my work.
Angie joined the company almost 15 years ago as a Care Assistant, bringing with her a natural warmth and an unwavering commitment to those she supported. Her empathy, strong work ethic, and ability to truly listen quickly set her apart.
Through hard work and genuine passion, Angie progressed to Senior Carer, where she became a trusted mentor and source of reassurance for both colleagues and clients alike.
Recognising her exceptional skills and dedication, Angie was then allowed to step into the role of Trainer. In this position, she has shaped and inspired countless members of staff, sharing not only her knowledge but also her values and love for the role. Angie has an incredible gift for building meaningful, lasting relationships, and she is deeply respected by everyone who has the privilege of working with her.
Angie is also the driving force behind our client events, taking on the role of main organiser with enthusiasm, creativity, and heartfelt care. She pours her energy into ensuring every event is inclusive, joyful, and memorable, always putting the needs and happiness of clients first.
Angie’s passion for her role goes far beyond her job description. She leads with kindness, gives her time selflessly, and brings warmth and positivity wherever she goes. Angie truly embodies the values of our organisation and continues to make a profound and lasting difference in the lives of both clients and colleagues every single day.
In 2013, Inacia began thinking seriously about going abroad. After 20 years working in a library, she knew it was time for a new challenge and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. That decision marked the beginning of a journey that would shape both her career and her life.
Bilingual since primary school, English was a natural choice for Inacia, and England felt like the right place — close enough to remain connected to her son and mum, who have always been central to her life. With a lifelong passion for working with people and experience supporting children, young adults, and elderly individuals, care felt like a natural and rewarding path.
After sending out several CVs, Inacia received a response from Caremark. She arrived in England at the very end of 2013, and she has never looked back. From the very beginning, her dedication, compassion, and commitment stood out.
Inacia truly loves her role and feels incredibly fortunate to work alongside colleagues who quickly became friends and are now considered family. Her outstanding work ethic, reliability, and genuine care for both clients and colleagues have not gone unnoticed. She is regularly nominated for awards by her peers in recognition of her exceptional standards, leadership, and positive impact across the organisation.
Through her continued commitment and natural leadership, Inacia has progressed into the role of Senior Field Care Supervisor, where she supports management with compliance, quality standards, and day-to-day operations. Widely regarded as the heart and soul of the company, she also plays a key role in supporting and organising events, ensuring that all clients feel included, valued, and celebrated.
Inacia’s journey is a true reflection of dedication, teamwork, and a deep love for what she does — and she remains an inspiration to colleagues and clients alike.
