Excellent service. Communication from upper management and carers excellent. Personal care and well trained. Compassionate and trustworthy carers. Always willing to go the extra mile. Able to prepare very basic meals but not "cook" from scratch however at end of life, this is not always necessary for
the patient. I cannot recommend Caremark high enough. They were there until after my Wife passed her final breaths.

I contacted Caremark after a poor experience with another care provider. I was a bit apprehensive at first, although I found my first interaction with Caremark to be very professional. I decided to go ahead with a care plan which they sorted out very quickly and smoothly. The care notes I receive from
each visit are very detailed and helpful. I have found that my dad is a lot more comfortable with washing now, and is drinking more which he struggled with previously. I would highly recommend this company.

Caremark was highly recommended and I have no reservations to recommend their service to anyone else who is looking for a home care service. Even my elderly mother, who was very reluctant to use carers was quickly won over. The carers are respectful, kind and provide lovely care. I am also very pleased
with the care and efficiency of the rest of the team who support the carers.

We are relatively new clients, and my mum was rather reluctant at the start; however, everyone has put her at ease, and she now looks forward to her care visits. All the carers are so lovely with her - very accommodating, extremely caring and respectful of her needs. Overall, it has been, and still
is, a very good experience for us both, as it was a major change for both my mum and for me also.

Caremark Personnel have been giving our Mother and Father, Aged 95, their Weekly Wash Shower for 2 Years now, they have always been Professional and Intelligent, Caring for our elderly Parents as if they were their own, Thank You Caremark.

Caremark has been like family to us. They cared for my mother, who had dementia, with such compassion, professionalism, and respect. They gave her the love and dignity she deserved. We could not have navigated this journey without them, and I recommend their carers and management team wholeheartedly.

First impressions of the company was projected excellently by the representative who visited myself in rehabilitation. On returing home the team allocated was extremely caring and open to all suggestions to my requirements. I only needed personal care for a few months, but they were very helpful and
tackled any tasks requested. It was a pleasure to welcome them into my home. If I ever needed any service again, this company would be contacted again.

Carers were organised at last minute for my mother - she is not compliant at the best of times and kept refusing care - Caremark put everything in motion within a day! The ladies were brilliant, and even my mother had to agree that she enjoyed having them around. They took care of everything she asked
for, and gave me peace of mind to finally take a much needed holiday. Would use Caremark again in a heartbeat.

My brother has carers visit upto x4 daily. They always turn up, never any issues with them. Are friendly to my brother.
Help him with his needs and raise any concerns to their senior who can then get in touch with myself.

I have been using Caremark since my discharge from hospital in Sept. 2024 after 5 weeks in hospital and I have not regretted it once. I have had a stoke. plus heart and other health issues but never needed care before so it was difficult to come to terms with it at 79 years of age.
I need not have
worried, the level of care is outstanding they gave me the confidence to accept their help which I needed. I feel like I am being looked after by family members, not by somebody being paid to so do.
I now look forward to their visits every morning and when something cropped that required more time to resolve the support admin, side responded quickly and efficiently.

We switched to Caremark Carers last November from another provider, and I can honestly say it was the right decision. They care for my mum, who has dementia and can be challenging at times, but they are always patient, understanding, and compassionate. They truly get the illness and offer not just support
for her, but for me as well. Having a team that actually listens and helps makes such a difference.
If you're looking for dedicated, reliable carers, I'd definitely recommend them!

My wife has Alzheimer's Disease. Caremark have been coming 5 evenings per week for the last four months to assist with washing and getting to bed. The carers are excellent, better than I had dared hope for. However difficult the day has been, my wife picks up immediately when they come - it is such
a pleasure to see this as well as being a relief for me. By the time the carers leave, you would think they were best friends. I no longer have to worry about my wife's hygiene or about coaxing her into bed. Caremark's administration has also been great. One evening, I had to go to A&E at short notice and Caremark immediately found a carer to come in overnight - brilliant! I cannot praise them too highly.

Caremark have been looking after mum in conjunction with a personal assistant for the last couple of months.
We're really happy with the service we've received. Managers are approachable and responsive to changing circumstances and demands. We have the same two carers, who are always on time which
provides consistency for mum and reassurance for us. I would definitely recommend Caremark to others looking for at home care for an elderly relative.
