Girls are on time. Wear uniform and shoe covers. Very pleasant disposition and chat to myself and to.my husband.
They chat to my husband while showering and dressing him. Ask if anything else they can do.for me before leaving.
Bought him two birthday cakes and cards.

Caremark assessed mum within a few days of requesting and included us when planning her care. They were able to start care soon after and have allowed us to access daily updates via the app which is very reassuring as we do not live nearby.

Caremark have been fantastic at helping us to assess and determine and deliver support to my dad. They took a very non judgmental approach as my dad was not accepting of the need for care, but they have been able to work with us to build a rapport with my dad so he was more accepting. They have communicated
well with us throughout and have been flexible to change the hours and days to suporr dad even offering extra visits if needed. The carers are kind and compassionate to dad and he has really started to bond with them. Thank you so much. We as a family would really recommend.

All of the staff were clean, efficient & helpful. Most of all they were also friendly & kind, nothing was too much trouble. I have since recommended Caremark to a friend & would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Caremark helped my mum for a short time after she came home from hospital, and they were brilliant. The carers were kind, punctual, and really put her at ease. They made sure she was comfortable, had meals ready, and everything she needed.
Even though it was only for a short period the care and professionalism
stood out straight away. We were really impressed with how smoothly everything was arranged and how friendly everyone was.
Would definitely use Caremark again if Mum ever needs support in the future.

I'm a relatively new client. My usual carer is competent and very good at working out with me when I need. I've been on my own for thirty years, so that's not straightforward. She has had to miss the odd at, but there's always been a replacement, a great relief.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Caremark (Norwich). The office arrangements have been efficiently organised and I have been treated courteously. The carers have been good - efficient, sociable and with an interesting range of backgrounds. I have especially enjoyed meeting
the carers from abroad, who have offered a different background and experiences. I have come to the conclusion that the work of the carers is very much misunderstood and undervalued by the general public. Without their work society would disintegrate.

Care, especially 'good' care for my parents was very difficult to find and ofter several times of trying, cancelled our previous company and after several meetings with various companies and decided to employ Caremark in Norwich to take on the task. To keep things as simple as possible both my parents
have dementia so it makes caring even more difficult.
After a few settling in concerns, which were quickly rectified, Caremark has so far been the best in what I want for my parents. They have been in charge of the care package for several months now and constantly try to monitor and take control of any issues that arise. Thank goodness we have people who care and want to help the elderly, it certainly makes my life easier.

The carers who visit are brilliant, they're very professional while being warm, caring and compassionate. They always warm to the highest standards and nothing is ever too much trouble. A rota is sent each week so I know who will be coming and when. I'm only in my 30's but the carers don't ever make
me feel I am any different from a normal 30 year old which is lovely.
