Girls are on time. Wear uniform and shoe covers. Very pleasant disposition and chat to myself and to.my husband.
They chat to my husband while showering and dressing him. Ask if anything else they can do.for me before leaving.

Bought him two birthday cakes and cards.

Overall Experience

Caremark assessed mum within a few days of requesting and included us when planning her care. They were able to start care soon after and have allowed us to access daily updates via the app which is very reassuring as we do not live nearby.

Overall Experience

Caremark have been fantastic at helping us to assess and determine and deliver support to my dad. They took a very non judgmental approach as my dad was not accepting of the need for care, but they have been able to work with us to build a rapport with my dad so he was more accepting. They have communicated well with us throughout and have been flexible to change the hours and days to suporr dad even offering extra visits if needed. The carers are kind and compassionate to dad and he has really started to bond with them. Thank you so much. We as a family would really recommend.

All of the staff were clean, efficient & helpful. Most of all they were also friendly & kind, nothing was too much trouble. I have since recommended Caremark to a friend & would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Overall Experience
Caremark helped my mum for a short time after she came home from hospital, and they were brilliant. The carers were kind, punctual, and really put her at ease. They made sure she was comfortable, had meals ready, and everything she needed.
Even though it was only for a short period the care and professionalism stood out straight away. We were really impressed with how smoothly everything was arranged and how friendly everyone was.

Would definitely use Caremark again if Mum ever needs support in the future.

Kawan Mirzayi

After four years serving in the Army, including time overseas, I learned the importance of responsibility, consistency, and looking after people properly. Those years shaped my work ethic and taught me how important it is to do things the right way, especially when others depend on you.

Following my military service, I worked in the insurance and tax sectors in roles that required high standards of organisation, compliance, and attention to detail. I spent a lot of time supporting customers through important and often stressful situations, which reinforced how vital trust, reliability, and clear communication are.

My move into the care sector is driven by personal experience. I saw firsthand the impact that poor quality care can have on someone and their family. That experience stayed with me and made me determined to build a service that families can genuinely trust and feel confident in.

Caremark North Norfolk & Great Yarmouth is my commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable care within the local community. It allows me to combine Caremark’s national standards with a strong local presence and a hands-on approach. My focus is on providing care that is respectful, compassionate, and professional, helping people remain independent in their own homes with dignity.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my family. I have a one-year-old daughter, and some of my favourite time is spent playing with her and watching her grow.

Sarah Millard

I joined Caremark North Norfolk and Great Yarmouth in September 2025 to lead the launch of a new branch, taking on the opportunity to build the service from the ground up. Being involved from the very beginning has allowed me to help shape the way care is delivered locally, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and doing things properly.

With 30 years of experience across the care sector, including hands-on care, training, teaching, and working as a care trainer. This background has given me a strong understanding of best practice, compliance, and the importance of developing care teams so they feel confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care every day.

Outside of work, I am a parent of three. I enjoy travelling and reading, and most weekends are spent supporting my daughter from the sidelines at her football matches.
