My dad was in the care of Caremark Southampton for about 15 months. During that time the level of service and communication has been very poor with the care coordinator. On numerous occasions I have asked to speak to Director/care coordinator. I have never received a response by phone. Email confirmations
are not followed through. They do not care about the customer. For example in November my father was admitted to hospital for 7 weeks and no one from the agency called to see how he was. It is all about the money. The staff have no formal training and are on their phones most of the time. We chose Gujarati speaking carers so my mum would feel comfortable. My father was a very chatty person and I asked carers to chat with him many times. This is something they should do without having to be asked. The care does not reflect in the name. Sadly my father passed away and I am sure the company knew from local contacts in the community. Still there was no contact with us.

Management and staff have all been very helpful, polite, and professional at all times. Management has always been reachable and communication has been very good. Staff have been flexible in providing both care and renablement. Timekeeping has been very good and care provided efficiently but not hurried.
All care has been provided and respect. I have complete confidence in referring this service to others.

The Caremark team have cared for my mother and father for three years. From day 1 they have gone over and above in their support for them and myself. The carers really invested their heart and souls to get to know my parents to make them feel and happy and comfortable with the support and to feel a

We are really pleased with the care given to my Mum.
The carers are really personable and my Mum feels safe with them. Alzheimer's can be scary so feeling safe is really important.
They help support my Mum in her own home, which is better for her, as it offers structure and routine in familiar surroundings.

Caremark staff visit my mother daily in the morning. She is a very proud lady and the staff fully respect, and support, her wish to be as independent as possible. Mum finds all the staff friendly and professional. From my point of view, it is reassuring to know that she is being cared for by empathetic
carers who take her wishes into account, but always provide essential care for her.

Caremark are overall on the 'higher end' of quality care management in my opinion.
After some 'teething' problems, they have in recent months greatly improved their service by listening to my concerns about promptness of attending at the agreed times and also having only the same 3/4 regular carers
attending to Mum.
She feels this helps her to build a 'rapport ' with them and a bond of trust,which is important.
The carers are all attentive and polite, however some need reminding about duty of care to patient as for example, being aware and close by of her walking down the stairs, rather than just rushing off to make her a cup of tea !
However a lot has improved and therefore a 9 out of 10 overall . Well done

Katey, Ginny and Ester are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they will do anything to help. Mum's carers have become like family to her and look after her with a lot of care and understanding.

Having never had any dealing with any caring service in the past - the outstanding service we have had from Caremark is second to none.
Mum is treated with the respect and care that any older person deserves. She has had a few carers and all have been polite, professional, kind and respectful. She
is now settled with one carer which allows a rapport to be built up making her carer a friend as much as a support service.
Caremark is well run I have never had any concerns about the care they provide to my Mum, very easy to correspond with. Compared to other similar services in the area very competitive and reasonably priced.

Caremark has been a great support to us, and we would highly recommend their services without hesitation. We found them to be incredibly flexible, consistent, and very understanding, particularly when we needed to take breaks from providing care. They always managed to support all our requirements,
ensuring that my mother's needs were consistently met.


Beyond their professional capabilities, the Caremark team was always very approachable and caring during their visits. The Manager and her office support, in my opinion, strive for excellence as it is clear the Team of Carers are well trained.

My father was anxious and embarrassed about having carers. He said he could manage well enough by himself.
After a very short time of having regular carers come in, in the morning to start his day, for half an hour, it's now the best thing he's ever done. Thank you so much

I have always had amazing support and care from my carers. They are always so very kind, treat me with the upmost dignity and take all my needs into account. Always respectful, conscientious,
and cheerful. They always know if I am not quite myself, but somehow manage to cheer me up by the end of my
call.
The management team are always very supportive and help at the drop of a hat. Whether this is just to have a reassuring chat or to be present at official meetings. They always go that extra mile.

My Father received excellent care from care mark.Nothing was too much trouble.I had to call them out at the weekend and they arrived quickly.My father needed extra visits due to lack of mobility, which was arranged that day.Later he needed 24 hour care which commenced in 2 hours.
