Overall Experience

We have used other care companies, but have found Care Mark to be the most accommodating. Our carer being cheerful and enthusiastic, she has quickly established herself as a real asset to both my self and to your company. She is friendly, kind and is happy to work to my personal routine. They take their time and show they care
Always there at the end of the phone and helping Mum on and of her throne
She couldn't ask for a better team
Who are always there on the scene
And when it's time to rest her head
Then they will always put her to bed

Overall Experience

Having never had any dealing with any caring service in the past - the outstanding service we have had from Caremark is second to none.
Mum is treated with the respect and care that any older person deserves. She has had a few carers and all have been polite, professional, kind and respectful. She

is now settled with one carer which allows a rapport to be built up making her carer a friend as much as a support service.
Caremark is well run I have never had any concerns about the care they provide to my Mum, very easy to correspond with. Compared to other similar services in the area very competitive and reasonably priced.

Whenever I call with a problem or if I ever need any help or advice, I call Ginny and Katey and they are always able to help me. My mum and my sister receive outstanding care. I couldn't ask for anymore and they are just amazing and they are very well trusted.

Overall Experience

Caremark has been a great support to us, and we would highly recommend their services without hesitation. We found them to be incredibly flexible, consistent, and very understanding, particularly when we needed to take breaks from providing care. They always managed to support all our requirements,

ensuring that my mother's needs were consistently met.

Beyond their professional capabilities, the Caremark team was always very approachable and caring during their visits. They often took the time to chat with my mother, which made a significant positive difference in her day. Their compassionate approach and reliability have made them invaluable to us.

I have been with Caremark Basingstoke and Deane for 18 months and cannot speak highly enough of the superb service I have received.
The Manager and her office support, in my opinion, strive for excellence as it is clear the Team of Carers are well trained.

They manage their time with great efficiency

and nothing is too much for them.

They have shown total respect throughout and I look forward to seeing each and everyone of them.

My father was anxious and embarrassed about having carers. He said he could manage well enough by himself.
After a very short time of having regular carers come in, in the morning to start his day, for half an hour, it's now the best thing he's ever done. Thank you so much

I have always had amazing support and care from my carers. They are always so very kind, treat me with the upmost dignity and take all my needs into account. Always respectful, conscientious,
and cheerful. They always know if I am not quite myself, but somehow manage to cheer me up by the end of my

call.
The management team are always very supportive and help at the drop of a hat. Whether this is just to have a reassuring chat or to be present at official meetings. They always go that extra mile.

We are extremely pleased with Caremark. They are very helpful and very accommodating to mum's needs. You can phone 2 members of staff in particular at short notice and they will do their upmost to help you. Mum looks forward to the carers visits.

My Father received excellent care from care mark.Nothing was too much trouble.I had to call them out at the weekend and they arrived quickly.My father needed extra visits due to lack of mobility, which was arranged that day.Later he needed 24 hour care which commenced in 2 hours.

Some of the members of this branch are absolute gems, very kind people and very supportive, and have helped me a lot in difficult times which I will always be grateful for and the reason why I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1, it really does feel like there are people in this organisation that are

at least trying their best to make a difference. But on the whole? Unfortunately, it has gone massively downhill.
They seem to be concerned with profit and "efficiency" more than anything else. It feels like I'm very low on their priority list due to the fact I'm not a private client, and considering I'm bedridden with a severe chronic illness, it's not a nice feeling to have when you're relying so heavily on them. As such, I really feel like just a number to them. This is not a care agency that puts their clients first, this is first and foremost about the money. 1000 character limit for a review is not enough to go into any further detail unfortunately.

The carers have been helping me to live independently. They have been very helpful, in me trying to adapt to organising my flat, keeping it tidy and clean, and cooking and shopping.

Overall Experience

My father has needed carers since he suffered a severe stroke in 2010. As a family, we have experienced various care agencies but I can safely say that since we have been with Caremark it has been a breath of fresh air.
My father has carers visit him 3 times a day and they have been exceptional. Dad

has male carers and these young men are professional, courteous, and above all they care. They notice if my father's mood is low and will communicate this with us and take the time to talk to him. They are upbeat and with broad smiles that brighten up my parent's day.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and despite having physically challenging roles they are always diligent, kind, and conscientious.
My family would be lost without these young caring professionals. My parents look forward to their visits and they are happy as it feels as though they are part of a bigger family giving them a greater sense of safety and comfort in their own home.

The team looked after my brother for eighteen months. He has been very challenging for them in many ways, but they still continue to look after him and do their best for him. I can’t thank them enough for all the help and support they have given him.
