I like the fact that I have a number of different carers and both the male and female carers do a brilliant service

I have had previous negative experiences in the past when receiving care and support and I was sceptical and apprehensive about having support from Caremark my perspective has completely changed the care and reassurance I have received has made a positive difference to me I feel listened to and respected and supported in my home

When my brother and I had to find a carer for our mother, it was a daunting process. Thankfully, we chose Caremark and haven't regretted it. Kirsty, Cheryl, and the carer team are helpful, accommodating, and professional. They are understanding and flexible, especially when we had to pause the care package during mum's hospital stay.

A special thanks to the carers who provide support and help for mum, even when she can be quite challenging due to her dementia diagnosis. They come in twice a day, seven days a week, which reassures us that she is safe and cared for.

We recommend Caremark without hesitation. Their communication is excellent; they are easily reachable and contact us regularly if there is an issue. Since mum's dementia diagnosis, they have adapted their support to meet her evolving needs. We are truly grateful to have the Caremark team assisting with mum's care and wellbeing.

In general the service is good. We have a good team of regular carers like all some are more efficient than others but we have no complaints. My wife is happy with all the attention she receives and the conversations held.

My carers start as just that but soon became friends with my wife who has Parkinson's disease and myself. They have an uncanny sense of noticing when we are under the weather. New recruits including foreigners are quickly introduced into the system by senior carers acting as mentors. In the event of sickness, weather or other circumstances the management team turn up to ensure I receive my care.

Your loved one and you will be treated with the utmost respect you deserve.

The staff are well trained and competent. Before, during and after my husband's hospital admissions the company were flexible and understanding and provided the support we needed at this trying time. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Very understanding, caring and supportive in helping Dad to stand and be able to get in the car again. Very understanding on time as we go out to lots of clubs and there was no trouble changing them to suit his needs.

Caremark is not my first experience of a care provider. I have no hesitation in regarding Caremark as first-class in every respect. The well-organised management ensures there is a reliable and controlled system. Carers are capable, friendly and pleasant and I appreciate always being called 'Mrs'. They give a happy start to each day and willingly do all they are asked to do.

The manager and her team went far above and beyond to make sure Dad was well looked after. I am so grateful to her and all the lovely carers. I highly recommend them.

My husband had care before and had a few bad experiences. Caremark have come in and built trust and rapport. We are very happy with all Caremark carers, with all they are doing for my husband. Encouraging him to drink water, which he doesn't do easily. Two very happy people.

Our carer is absolutely wonderful. She brings light and joy into our home and my mother relates well to her so I am happy to go out and leave my mother in her loving care. She is professional, punctual and wonderful.
