Overall Experience

Caremark has been a great support to us, and we would highly recommend their services without hesitation. We found them to be incredibly flexible, consistent, and very understanding, particularly when we needed to take breaks from providing care. They always managed to support all our requirements,

ensuring that my mother's needs were consistently met.

Beyond their professional capabilities, the Caremark team was always very approachable and caring during their visits. They often took the time to chat with my mother, which made a significant positive difference in her day. Their compassionate approach and reliability have made them invaluable to us.

Overall Experience

I have been with Caremark Basingstoke and Deane for 18 months and cannot speak highly enough of the superb service I have received.
The Manager and her office support, in my opinion, strive for excellence as it is clear the Team of Carers are well trained.

They manage their time with great efficiency

and nothing is too much for them.

They have shown total respect throughout and I look forward to seeing each and everyone of them.

Overall Experience

Caremark is an amazing company! My Mum has mixed Dementia and the kindness and support my Mum has received is truly wonderful, very professional, kind, and caring. Mum loves her visits and always looks forward to seeing her Carer. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Overall Experience

My carers start as just that but soon became friends with my wife who has Parkinson's disease and myself. They have an uncanny sense of noticing when we are under the weather. New recruits including foreigners are quickly introduced into the system by senior carers acting as mentors. In the event of

sickness, weather or other circumstances the management team turn up to ensure I receive my care.

Overall Experience

Caremark Basingstoke provided my mum with a live-in carer for a few weeks before my mum went back into hospital. My mum has complex advanced mixed dementia needs. They visited my mum in hospital, brought the carer out before my mum came home and answered all the questions I had promptly.
Sadly my mum

now needs nursing care. The carer provided was absolutely wonderful and built up a good relationship with my mum. The ladies were kind, caring and very experienced. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Even with care breaks, they try to have consistency for the client.
Although it was a relatively short time I cannot fault this company and the care offered.
Your loved one and you will be treated with the utmost respect you deserve.

Overall Experience

The staff are well trained and competent. Before, during and after my husband's hospital admissions the company were flexible and understanding and provided the support we needed at this trying time. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Overall Experience

My mum and I are very satisfied with the care the carers are giving. Very friendly and can't do enough. Always make us laugh. Give great information. Value for money good too. All carers very friendly and helpful.

Overall Experience

Very understanding, caring and supportive in helping Dad to stand and be able to get in the car again. Very understanding on time as we go out to lots of clubs and there was no trouble changing them to suit his needs.

Overall Experience

Caremark is not my first experience of a care provider. I have no hesitation in regarding Caremark as first-class in every respect. The well-organised management ensures there is a reliable and controlled system. Carers are capable, friendly and pleasant and I appreciate always being called 'Mrs'. They

give a happy start to each day and willingly do all they are asked to do.

Overall Experience

It is a scary process choosing carers to take care of your loved one. We chose Caremark and I am so happy we did.
From the very beginning, their communication with us was excellent. It's easy to get hold of them to ask questions at any time and they always respond immediately. As for the carers, I

could not have asked for better. Each and every one of them took such good and kind care of my dad. It really felt like he was nurtured and respected. My dad doesn't like many people, but he only had praise, affection and gratitude for the Caremark carers.
The manager and her team went far above and beyond to make sure Dad was well looked after. I am so grateful to her and all the lovely carers. I highly recommend them.

Overall Experience

My husband had care before and had a few bad experiences. Caremark have come in and built trust and rapport. We are very happy with all Caremark carers, with all they are doing for my husband. Encouraging him to drink water, which he doesn't do easily. Two very happy people.

Overall Experience

After a major change in my health meant I could longer cope with caring for my wife, Caremark took over, which was a great relief. Over the last three months the whole team have been great in providing the care she needs. This was a major change for her, but due to kind attitude of the carers making

sure she was relaxed and not hurried she has taken to their help and loves having a little chat.

Overall Experience

Our carer is absolutely wonderful. She brings light and joy into our home and my mother relates well to her so I am happy to go out and leave my mother in her loving care. She is professional, punctual and wonderful.

Overall Experience

While we didn't choose Caremark as our provider, I'm so thankful we have them caring for my mum. I cannot thank them enough for all they do for her and us as a family. They treat her with dignity, respect and kindness. They take time to comfort her when she is sad or upset, never rush her and keep us

informed on every aspect of her care. We really wouldn't know what to do without them now. I would highly recommend Caremark to anyone looking for a fantastic care company.

Overall Experience

The care provided for Mum is excellent. The carers are friendly and efficient and put Mum at ease and she is always pleased to see them. If I need to inform office of any changes to her care, it’s easy to contact team by phone or email. Would recommend to others.

Overall Experience

I cannot thank the staff at Caremark enough for looking after my father. From the very start, all my questions and concerns were addressed which made me feel at ease and knew they would be the right people who I would trust to look after my father.
All the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable

and so easy to talk to.
My dad's face lights up every time they visit and this is a breath of fresh air to see a smile on his face.
To me, even though they have been with us for a short time, I consider them part of our family.
They don't just care for my father but also give moral support for my mother which is a great help.
I can not recommend Caremark enough and so glad that we have them looking after my father.

Overall Experience

I have used the services of several care companies over the past years, with largely mediocre results. A little more than a year ago, I was recommended to try Caremark, which I did, to my great satisfaction.
Caremark has proved to be much more than just another care company. I have experienced care

well beyond that which is expected from a care company. The carers are lovely and properly trained, and the manager makes herself totally involved in the well-being of her clients, frequently helping the carers herself. She has provided all kinds of help, with nothing seeming to be beyond her scope.
My carers know my family, and I even look on them now as part of my family!
I am more than happy to recommend Caremark to anyone, knowing that this company will give the very best care.
I have to say that I am extremely happy to have found Caremark!
