Caremark has been a great support to us, and we would highly recommend their services without hesitation. We found them to be incredibly flexible, consistent, and very understanding, particularly when we needed to take breaks from providing care. They always managed to support all our requirements, ensuring that my mother's needs were consistently met.

My carers start as just that but soon became friends with my wife who has Parkinson's disease and myself. They have an uncanny sense of noticing when we are under the weather. New recruits including foreigners are quickly introduced into the system by senior carers acting as mentors. In the event of sickness, weather or other circumstances the management team turn up to ensure I receive my care.

The staff are well trained and competent. Before, during and after my husband's hospital admissions the company were flexible and understanding and provided the support we needed at this trying time. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Very understanding, caring and supportive in helping Dad to stand and be able to get in the car again. Very understanding on time as we go out to lots of clubs and there was no trouble changing them to suit his needs.

Caremark is not my first experience of a care provider. I have no hesitation in regarding Caremark as first-class in every respect. The well-organised management ensures there is a reliable and controlled system. Carers are capable, friendly and pleasant and I appreciate always being called 'Mrs'. They give a happy start to each day and willingly do all they are asked to do.

My husband had care before and had a few bad experiences. Caremark have come in and built trust and rapport. We are very happy with all Caremark carers, with all they are doing for my husband. Encouraging him to drink water, which he doesn't do easily. Two very happy people.

After a major change in my health meant I could longer cope with caring for my wife, Caremark took over, which was a great relief. Over the last three months the whole team have been great in providing the care she needs. This was a major change for her, but due to kind attitude of the carers making sure she was relaxed and not hurried she has taken to their help and loves having a little chat.

Our carer is absolutely wonderful. She brings light and joy into our home and my mother relates well to her so I am happy to go out and leave my mother in her loving care. She is professional, punctual and wonderful.

While we didn't choose Caremark as our provider, I'm so thankful we have them caring for my mum. I cannot thank them enough for all they do for her and us as a family. They treat her with dignity, respect and kindness. They take time to comfort her when she is sad or upset, never rush her and keep us informed on every aspect of her care. We really wouldn't know what to do without them now. I would highly recommend Caremark to anyone looking for a fantastic care company.

The care provided for Mum is excellent. The carers are friendly and efficient and put Mum at ease and she is always pleased to see them. If I need to inform office of any changes to her care, it’s easy to contact team by phone or email. Would recommend to others.

My whole family's experience with every single member of staff within Caremark, Basingstoke, has been an eyeopener. They all show great compassion, reassurance, kindness and openness. They are all very thorough when washing my mother and are very observant in highlighting any issues with new and existing sores. They also work well as a team.
