Caremark Basingstoke & Deane

I can not recommend Caremark enough and so glad that we have them looking after my father.

I have to say that I am extremely happy to have found Caremark!

Everyone is really nice and caring.

My whole family's experience with every single member of staff within Caremark, Basingstoke, has been an eyeopener. They all show great compassion, reassurance, kindness and openness. They are all very thorough when washing my mother and are very observant in highlighting any issues with new and existing sores. They also work well as a team.

The staff are prompt, caring and doing a most important service for my wife. I'm very grateful for this.

Choosing a care provider for your loved one is a very difficult and emotional decision. However, we couldn't be more grateful for the care and support provided by the wonderful team at Caremark Basingstoke. We really want to keep Dad at home for as long as possible, and Caremark is making this possible. The team have integrated an extension of our family. The care they provide is second to none! Thank you, you are all amazing.

My husband's very unhappy to have carers at first but now he's happy. All the carers are very helpful, caring and made him feel at ease. Cannot fault them, they are an amazing bunch. Many thanks for all you've done.

On the whole, Caremark (Basingstoke & Deane) deliver a brilliant care package. There are 1 or 2 carers that spoil it for the rest, but we wouldn't like to change carers.

The care provided to my Mother is excellent. She is treated with dignity and respect. I know she can be 'hard work' but the carers are always patient with her. On the occasions I or my sister are present with the carers, we are very impressed with their dedication to care for my Mum and provide her with all that she needs. During the COVID-19 lockdown, their care remains excellent.

Caremark is very good care and they are always there when you want them. Nothing is too much for them.

Since I have been a client of Caremark, since March 2019, I have always been treated with care and kindness. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I would happily recommend them.

They are flexible, efficient, cheerful, obliging and neat and tidy.

We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Basingstoke area.

I found them very organised and very much geared to the clients well being and making sure the client and family knowing what was happening if there was a problem. The carer give to client is good and they are always cheerful and concerned for the well being of the client.

The staff and management are very willing and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them to do.

Service and care received from your nurse has been second to none and nothing has been too much trouble for her. I cannot praise her and the organisation highly enough. I have never been made to feel I was a nuisance or a time waster, thank you.
