I am very impressed with Caremark's care of my mother. The carers were all very kind and I felt at times went over and above their duties to ensure that she was safe and well looked after. There were a difficult few weeks before she went into hospital and everyone, management and carers, did their utmost to ensure her care and comfort. Whenever I met carers or had to contact the office I was always treated in a friendly fashion and impressed with everyone's commitment to my mother.

Thank you for such a positive testimonial. It is clear that everyone, carers and office team alike, considered your mother a delightful, warm and friendly person. It was a real pleasure to provide her care and support as well as giving you the reassurance that she was in safe hands.

Setting up the contract for my father's care was very easy and reassuring. The Carers are brilliant, very friendly, speaking to my father in a compassionate way and putting him at ease. Thank you.

Caremark took over the care package for my 91-year-old mum last November. Since then, they have been professional, helpful and particularly caring.
They keep me informed and up to date with concerns. It is especially useful having the Open Pass app.
As a family, we are very happy with Caremark and would highly recommend them.

Thank you very much for your review. The carers enjoy providing your mother's care and support and it was great to see how much she enjoyed being taken to the concert recently. Hopefully, another chance will arise soon.

Caremark cared for my son until he died and treated us with the utmost care and compassion, they went far beyond what is expected from a care company and helped make an impossibly difficult time a little more bearable. I cannot praise them enough.

All the staff involved in Dad's care cannot be faulted. A high level of care was provided at all times and foremost demonstrated that they genuinely cared. I cannot thank everyone enough for what they did for my Dad.
