I am very pleased that someone recommended Caremark to me when my previous care group disbanded. The carers are all nice and friendly, and apart from providing care, they also provide companionship. Very important as I live alone now.
Thank you very much for your testimonial. It is good to know that you have established such a strong relationship with your carers. Companionship is, of course, one of the most important benefits of the service provided by Caremark.
Carers are kind and caring.
I am treated with dignity.
Thank you very much for this generous review. It is really good to know that the care and support you receive is going well.
Her needs are not very great at the moment but we are confident that if they do increase they will be fully met in a similarly competent, professional and comforting way.
Thank you so much for the feedback! We always ensure that the clients and families receive support tailored to their needs.
Caremark provided an excellent service they always keep me up to date with any changes - the online carer report for each visit takes away any worry. The staff really do care and live up to their name.
Thank you so much for your feedback, it is reassuring to know the Open Pass access to care notes makes a difference.
I found Caremark to be very professional and understanding to our needs. They were very caring and listened when I needed someone to talk to. Overall, they were excellent. Thank you for all your help, you were invaluable.
Thank you so much for your feedback, our carers will miss seeing you and your husband each week.
The Caremark team have been looking after my sister for several years now. During that time I have met a fair number of them and always found them to be prompt, efficient and most of all caring. My sister has maybe not been the easiest of patients as she has learning difficulties and struggles for mobility but she has always been happy and relaxed with whoever is on duty. On a fair number of occasions, I have noticed small touches of extra kindness which are very heartwarming and reassuring. Overall I have been happy that my sister is being well looked after.
Thank you very much for your thoughtful feedback; it really is greatly appreciated. It is rewarding to know that the Carers have had such a direct and positive impact on the wellbeing of your sister.
Caremark had provided a highly flexible, responsive and personalised care package over the last 3 months. Despite this challenging time, care has always been available as arranged and the carers are hard-working, compassionate, friendly, trustworthy and nothing is too much trouble.
Thank you very much for taking the time to submit such a complimentary review. The Coronavirus pandemic has indeed seen everyone at Caremark facing up to new challenges but our ultimate aim to provide the best possible care and support for our clients has never wavered.
They have ensured that someone has stayed with my mother on two occasions recently when the carer has found her in need of an ambulance following a fall and a minor stroke. The management team and the senior carers are very knowledgeable on a broad scope of related subjects and are always very helpful on the phone should I need to call them. My mother is not the easiest of clients being fiercely proud and independent but they have always been very patient with her. They have given us peace of mind, especially during COVID lockdown and given that we don’t live in the same area. I would not hesitate to recommend Caremark to friends or family.
Thank you so much for your review, it is reassuring to know that we are able to keep you informed of your mother's well being. Her fierce independence is admirable, and we will continue to encourage her to remain independent, despite any limitations caused by illness.
Caremark have provided consistent and caring help for my mum over 11 years now. When her needs changed radically, they provided invaluable advice and helped reorganise her care quickly. The staff are always helpful and kind and they have been fantastic during this very stressful time of the pandemic.
Thank you for your feedback, it is reassuring to know that we are doing a good job in supporting your mother in maintaining her independence and also encourage her recovery.
The carers are very professional and caring, my mum looks forward to their visits. They are very willing to keep my mum happy and well looked after. They have contacted me if they feel that there is a problem with my mum, this is very reassuring for me.
Thank you for your feedback, we are proud of our carers and their achievements in supporting our clients.
Mum’s carers provide invaluable help with personal care, cleaning and shopping and are always friendly and cheerful. Any requests and queries are always dealt with promptly and efficiently by the office staff. I was particularly impressed by how Mum’s care continued during the worst of the lockdown period earlier this year.
Thank you so much for your feedback, we were keen to ensure support is not disrupted for our clients during the pandemic and that the quality of care remains the same. It is reassuring to see that this has made a positive impact.
Especially with regards to the making sure you have a good supply available ie not telling you that the items you need are low and need reordering.
Thank you very much for submitting this review. Your comments are greatly appreciated, particularly at this difficult time for everyone. Stay safe.
From the time we met the care supervisor, we knew we had made the right decision to use Caremark. The care package was put into place very smoothly. The carers looked after my dad with care, respect and dignity. We only used them for about six weeks as unfortunately, my dad had to go into a care home for palliative care. I would certainly recommend them for anyone needing a care agency.
Thank you very much for submitting this review. Your warm comments are greatly appreciated, particularly at this difficult time for everyone. Stay safe.
Clear, systematic review and good understanding of my wife's needs. Although this was a formal review Caremark have consistently kept on top of my wife's needs and have been extremely helpful.
Thank you very much for your Review. Thorough, regular reviews are a very important part of our monitoring process and we're delighted that you found it useful.
The review went very well. Overall very pleased with the care provided by most of the carers at Caremark. Some of the girls go above and beyond and it is very much appreciated. I know my mum is very well cared for.
Thank you very much for your review. It is hugely important to me to know that you feel confident in the care provided for your mother by Caremark. Have a great Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year.
Caremark provides me with excellent care and ensures I am cared for and respected. Last year, when the snow made its way, the supervisor for the area visited for my tea call and ensured everything was ready for the next call in case the next carer was unable to reach me. My meal was cooked, I had snacks and a sandwich made for later and she ensured I had enough drinks to last me and checked my heating was on.
Thank you very much for your review. We're delighted that you are satisfied with the care and support we provide. If snow impacts upon us once again this coming winter, we will be taking the same steps to ensure that, if at all possible, our service will remain uninterrupted.
Excellent service.
Thank you very much for your positive review. It is greatly appreciated.
Following my husband's failing health, disabilities and a spell in a cere home and several weeks in hospital, we received 6 weeks of free re-enablement care. Then ringing 'private' care agencies asking lots of questions, the lady who replied at Caremark was wonderful, sensible, caring, honest and your prices are fair. My husband receives 1 hour of help every am with help to get up, wash, dress, toileting etc. All the carers are good, some excellent, our coordinator came on the first visit and did the care herself so she could inform the carer of his particular difficulties and needs. The coordinator has kept in touch since, always friendly and helpful. I pointed out A and B were cheerful, very young, but, perhaps needing a little more training, whereas C and D were mature, experienced and very good. The result- changes were arranged. Happy client, lovely carers who we like and trust and we are always notified of changes or traffic/previous client etc delays. So far so good!
Thank you so much for your comprehensive feedback. I am delighted that you feel well supported not only by your Carers but also by the office team. Your comments demonstrate that, very often, it takes time for the relationships to develop between Caremark and those whom we support. We want to get it right for you and I'm glad that everything is going well.
My carer is always smiling - she makes my calls a time to look forward to. It is like having an extension of myself. She does things for me before I have even thought of it myself.
On behalf of the carers and the management team, we would like to thank you for your positive feedback! It will be passed on to the carers.
Very happy with the service provided and my husband enjoys the company of the carer.
Thank you very much for the feedback, we will ensure we pass your comments to the carers who are supporting your husband.
