I wish I was advised when times change or a different person is coming who is not on the rota. I would like if possible to have the same people as I find it very difficult to keep explaining my needs as it's very exhausting.

From my initial enquiry to the last day of caregiving, Caremark have been helpful, professional and supportive. The standard of care has been exemplary, the carers all being skilful, respectful and bringing a level of warmth that has embraced the whole family.
Having spent 30 years as a manager in
the residential care sector my standards and expectations are extremely high. Caremark not only reached those standards but exceeded them.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been very impressed by the service offered by Caremark. They took over looking after my Mum and Dad at very short notice and were able to accommodate their requirements.
All the staff are very professional and friendly. I would be very pleased to recommend Caremark to anybody needing in-home
care.

Our experience with care mark is above any expectations we might have had.
At 98 mum is unable to manage at home by herself. Her health and mobility has fluctuated as have her care needs.
We have been impressed by the way her care has been tailored to allow her to stay in her own home. Regular reviews
to assess her changing health needs, to keep her safe and comfortable and most of all to provide real friendship.
The care, kindness and professionalism of the Caremark staff has been exceptional and we are so grateful.
We would have no hesitation in recommending their service.

The weekly hourly sheet issued to the client does not comply with the care workers phones, which means that the carers turn up too early or too late or sometimes never. When this is addressed to the management, nothing is corrected. What I will say is that the girls are very hard working and very kind
to people of my age group. Now as a result of complaining about the issue over times to the company, they have terminated my contract.

From my initial phone conversation with staff at the Caremark office through to the home assessment with my Dad, all the communications have been open and very friendly. My parents found all the staff comforting and trusted them to undertake my Dad's personal care to a very high standard. Time schedules
were adhered to which was very important to my parents and enabled them to plan the rest of their day after the carer had visited.

I am very impressed with Caremark's care of my mother. The carers were all very kind and I felt at times went over and above their duties to ensure that she was safe and well looked after. There were a difficult few weeks before she went into hospital and everyone, management and carers, did their utmost
to ensure her care and comfort. Whenever I met carers or had to contact the office I was always treated in a friendly fashion and impressed with everyone's commitment to my mother.

Caremark cared for my son until he died and treated us with the utmost care and compassion, they went far beyond what is expected from a care company and helped make an impossibly difficult time a little more bearable. I cannot praise them enough.

All the staff involved in Dad's care cannot be faulted. A high level of care was provided at all times and foremost demonstrated that they genuinely cared. I cannot thank everyone enough for what they did for my Dad.
