Paragon Home Healthcare provides nurse-led complex care for adults and young people across London and the Southeast, including Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire, and further afield. The service supports individuals with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, neurological conditions, and other high-dependency needs.

Care is delivered through live-in packages or day and night shifts, depending on the client’s individual needs. Paragon blends clinical skill with person-centred support, from delivering essential clinical care such as ventilation and neurogenic bowel care, to encouraging choice, autonomy, and independence in everyday life. For those with physical dependency, the service provides the support needed to achieve what matters to them, without taking over.

Each care package is overseen by a Clinical Care Manager and care is delivered by trained carers, nurses, or personal assistants depending on the client’s specific needs.

All staff receive in-person training which is focused on the individual’s condition, environment, and needs. Paragon also recruits specifically for clients, and Coordinators carefully match staff to clients using meet and greets to build trusted care teams.

With strong clinical leadership, 24-hour on-call support, and close coordination with families and healthcare teams, Paragon offers a service built on safety, dignity, and consistency.

My experience of my mum receiving complex care (she has a Spinal cord injury C5, invasively ventilated with a tracheostomy) has been amazing. The agency has been exceptional from the beginning. Paragon have advertised, employed and trained staff to a very high standard and a trusted care team look after
her. The proprietor and clinical lead have made very frequent visit to ensure CQC/NICE standards are always maintained. My clinical lead comes to mums house on a very regular basis to provide on site, specific to her training, to all staff and provide staff with regular supervision. The out of hours team always answer phone. Mum has a rota which is always correct and sent to her. Staff absentees are always filled with Paragon's standby staff - so the team know how to correctly care for her. Paragon is truly a spinal specific agency which I'm aware many other agencies claim but from experience are not. I could not recommend Paragon highly enough. Mum feels safe and is well cared for.

I’m a T3 paraplegic with scoliosis. I have been in a wheelchair for 24 years! I can honestly say Paragon are brilliant! I have nothing but praise for them. I love the fact that you can speak to office head so easily. They are extremely honest and helpful.
My live in carers are a cut above other care
agencies I have used. They are intelligent, honest and hardworking and are great in emergencies.
I have used another care agency previously, they were awful in every way. I thought all care companies were as bad as them. I was wrong!

Paragon home is extraordinary per excellence. The care, optimism and tolerance is a huge asset to all. Policies and standards are in accordance to modernisation. The covid 19 preparedness is highly commendable with support and provision of help and care to those in need and have highly-trained carers
on standby who are ready to provide care immediately. In addition, there is 24 hour Clinical support in order to protect clients and carers as much as possible.

My son is a tetraplegic and independent in arranging his live-in care. Over 25 years we have dealt with a few different agencies and Paragon definitely shines as the most professional we have encountered. Over time they have found two carers who fit into my son's environment very well. When problems
have arisen, they have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and their attitude is always caring and positive. As a parent, living separately from my son, it is so reassuring to know he is safe and that his physical and psychological needs are being met. Thank you Paragon.

Over the last year, Paragon have provided care services which have enabled me to recover from hospitalisation and extreme vulnerability. As a wheelchair user, their specialist knowledge and experience has been vital in my recovering full physical strength. We have had the same exemplary carer, trained
in spinal cord injury who not only cared for me but supported my wife and family.

I selected Paragon Home Healthcare for the increased caring needs of my mother as her Alzheimer's progress. When I interviewed the team, it was clear that they understood the needs of my mother, but what made the difference to me was their connectedness, familiarity with and understanding of the healthcare
systems, and the social care processes and procedures to ensure that mum isn't forgotten and that we can take advantage of all the services available. I find Paragon very professional to work with and, for me, the app, which is constantly monitored, makes it much easier to communicate either with the management team or with the carer looking after mum day-to-day. I now know that mum is safer, cared for and that her nutrition and drug administration are all reliably delivered. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paragon Home Healthcare to others looking to support an ailing parent.

The manager and the rest of the team at Paragon have been professional, proactive and competent in every aspect of the care they’ve provided for my mum to date. I am very pleased that my mother and I chose Paragon for my mother's live-in care. Everyone in the organisation is extremely helpful, supportive and most of all caring. They really work hard to offer the best possible care to their clients. The carer we have had has been brilliant. She has really gone
the extra mile with the care she has given to my mother. During our time with Paragon, my mother has had health complications and the team at Paragon have been really supportive in helping us navigate through the many NHS departments to ensure my mother got the necessary equipment and support. It is very reassuring that I can pick up the phone to the team at Paragon and know that they will proactively help us to solve any issues that arise. I would definitely recommend Paragon to anyone looking for at-home care.

Having dealt with several different agencies variously for both parents in the last 10 years, I am genuinely thrilled to have found Paragon. The level of service and care is second to none. My elderly mother with complex neuro-disabilities now receives live-in care from Paragon and all the staff go
above and beyond what I had expected to find the right carers for her and have been friendly, caring, accommodating and flexible to her needs. All the staff from the top down have been, and continue to be wonderful. The communication is great, and all the team are so thorough and professional as well as kind. As a next of kin living at some distance, I am very happy that this team are in charge of my mum's care. We feel like my mum is seen very much as an individual and not just the client. I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend this team.

From the very first phone call I had with them the entire team at Paragon have been absolutely superb. Firstly, they have been extremely efficient and communicated well in some pretty tricky situations. Secondly, the carer we chose from them is both lovely and extremely competent. Finally, and most
importantly, it’s been clear throughout the time we’ve used them that they have viewed my grandma as an individual and have tried very hard to involve her and understand her wishes, where possible. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

We would thoroughly recommend Paragon Home Healthcare.
We’ve found the staff so helpful, friendly and compassionate.
The carer said that she doesn’t treat this as a job but rather that she is looking after her mum and us family are her family. Which she couldn’t describe her self any better. She
fits in so well that we feel she is part of our family.
Mum is so happy and relaxed with her. Family that have phoned Mum, say that she sounds like her old self.

It was August 2019, that we first experienced having to deal with any form of care. We researched around 8 different agencies and it was very clear from the outset, that Paragon were head and shoulders above the rest. Especially in terms of efficiency and the ability at all times to speak to the Registered
Manager who is a very experienced qualified nurse and her experienced team.
When you find yourself in a completely different environment to what you have previously known, it is immensely reassuring that you can pick up the phone and speak to the manager or her team in seeking help, support and advice. Their knowledge and experience has shone through many times as l have sort their guidance. Indeed I would say Paragon have gone above and beyond expectations, for example explaining results from recent blood tests, speaking directly to our GP, even ringing the hospital arranging consultations when they felt it was needed, and even attending meetings on our behalf. Nothing has been too much trouble.

My husband has very complex health care needs which, to be honest, we have rarely found professionals able to grasp.
When the lady from Paragon came, we were amazed. Her knowledge of spinal injury and the associated health problems and risks, especially Autonomic Dysreflexia was amazing.
She asked
all the right questions and spent over an hour with us going over my husband's condition.
This was on her first visit; plus two previous conversations which were so helpful and reassuring. She had a brilliant understanding of the complex equipment my husband needs, the importance of tissue viability, monitoring of BP and temp etc with a spinally injured person. It was an amazing meeting for us, honestly, we were so grateful to have found them. She and her colleague have been consistent in their efforts and help. My husband cannot return home yet, but when he can, we will use Paragon. Our experience of the organization is so very good, clinically knowledgeable, kind, open and supportive.

Finding carers for our severely disabled son is not an easy task, so coming across the manager and Paragon Healthcare was a blessing in disguise! I was very impressed with her professionalism, reliability and communication skills. No issue was a problem for her and she dealt with everything in a very
efficient and pleasant manner.
The staff that we have worked with through Paragon (and continue to do so) have been excellent and we will continue to use Paragon for all our future needs with confidence. Highly recommended.

Paragon provides an excellent level of care. The manager has been incredibly helpful every step of the way and been very flexible about what they can provide. For example, we wanted a shared care situation and they were able to accommodate this, as well as offering different carers for us to meet before
committing. She is always available by phone or email to discuss any matter relating to my mother's care and this is very reassuring. Unlike other agencies, Paragon has daily contact with their carers via an app, so the manager is able to supervise them and advise. She is very knowledgeable about medical and geriatric issues. This all makes it much easier for families who can rest assured that their relative is cared for in the best manner. Also, their carers have been of a high standard, kind and professional. They also feel well supported by Paragon and appreciate their close involvement.

I chose Paragon as I was impressed by the medical knowledge, advice, communication and professional and organisational skills of the senior manager/founder who initially set up the care.
My need for my mother was actually outside the company's usual scope, however, the manager went out of her way
to find a solution and the carer kindly adapted both her own holiday schedule and care provision to suit my mother's and my needs. There was constant monitoring by the manager through an app (meaning that all medications and needs were followed and any issue (not needed in this case) resolved. Thank you to both the manager and carer.

We have used Paragon since March 2019, when a previous care agency let my father down. I was impressed with the speed with which Paragon were able to set up live-in care, and the carers to date have been superlative. They really care for my father incredibly well, with focus, expertise, and empathy.
Paragon are the third homecare provider we have used since January 2017, and by far the most professional. Paragon is also exceptional in the engagement of the manager, who visits my father and her employees regularly and keeps me up-to-date on developments. She also liaises effectively with the GP to refine my father’s medications. He is now on a much better regime, which is having a positive impact on his overall health.

Paragon Home Healthcare has provided a live-in carer for my aunt who lives on her own. The selection process for the live-in carer was thorough and only candidates who were likely to be compatible with my aunt put forward.
Once we had selected the carer, I've been very impressed with the support
given by the registered manager who has taken full responsibility for the health of my aunt. She's supportive of the live-in carer, available to her 24 hours a day and she has provided additional support by chasing up appointments for my aunt and providing advice about medication, equipment and nutrition. She has thought comprehensively about how to improve the quality of my aunt's life and, having discussed them with me, put them into action.
I can't recommend Paragon Home Healthcare more. The manager has lifted a great weight of the shoulders of all the family.
