Incredible attention to detail from the nursing team and carers from Paragon Home Healthcare, they really care and I felt really looked after. I was worried that I might have to go into a home but with my wonderful live-in carers, I'm able to stay in my own home. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
I use a wheelchair and need 24hr live in PAs. The Nurses from Paragon took care of everything and my PAs are great, the support meant I could go home with one less thing to worry about. They really are specialists and care, always on time and helpful. No hesitation in recommending!
Paragon responded very promptly to my request for help for my 84-year-old Father despite the Christmas period. I was impressed with how efficient, professional and compassionate the assistance received by my Father was, my Father was very at ease from the first meeting with his carer. I really appreciated the practical advice received. Our carer was always punctual, flexible and compassionate. We would definitely use Paragon again when my parents come to stay.
