From my first enquiry to my lovely chosen carer, my family and myself are very much impressed with the helpfulness, cheerfulness, kindness my dear carer has shown me. They have helped me bring my confidence back up to my norm! We laugh and chat whilst doing all my 'chores'. All I will add is my gratitude for the good care I've been given. Thanks from my heart.

Management and staff have all been very helpful, polite, and professional at all times. Management has always been reachable and communication has been very good. Staff have been flexible in providing both care and renablement. Timekeeping has been very good and care provided efficiently but not hurried. All care has been provided and respect. I have complete confidence in referring this service to others.

Overall Experience

The Caremark team have cared for my mother and father for three years. From day 1 they have gone over and above in their support for them and myself. The carers really invested their heart and souls to get to know my parents to make them feel and happy and comfortable with the support and to feel a sense of companionship at every visit. We are really pleased with the care given to my Mum.
The carers are really personable and my Mum feels safe with them. Alzheimer's can be scary so feeling safe is really important.

They help support my Mum in her own home, which is better for her, as it offers structure and routine in familiar surroundings.

Katey, Ginny and Ester are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble, they will do anything to help. Mum's carers have become like family to her and look after her with a lot of care and understanding.

Overall Experience
I have always had amazing support and care from my carers. They are always so very kind, treat me with the upmost dignity and take all my needs into account. Always respectful, conscientious,
and cheerful. They always know if I am not quite myself, but somehow manage to cheer me up by the end of my call.

The management team are always very supportive and help at the drop of a hat. Whether this is just to have a reassuring chat or to be present at official meetings. They always go that extra mile.

My Father received excellent care from care mark.Nothing was too much trouble.I had to call them out at the weekend and they arrived quickly.My father needed extra visits due to lack of mobility, which was arranged that day.Later he needed 24 hour care which commenced in 2 hours.

Some of the members of this branch are absolute gems, very kind people and very supportive, and have helped me a lot in difficult times which I will always be grateful for and the reason why I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1, it really does feel like there are people in this organisation that are at least trying their best to make a difference. But on the whole? Unfortunately, it has gone massively downhill.

They seem to be concerned with profit and "efficiency" more than anything else. It feels like I'm very low on their priority list due to the fact I'm not a private client, and considering I'm bedridden with a severe chronic illness, it's not a nice feeling to have when you're relying so heavily on them. As such, I really feel like just a number to them. This is not a care agency that puts their clients first, this is first and foremost about the money. 1000 character limit for a review is not enough to go into any further detail unfortunately.

My father has needed carers since he suffered a severe stroke in 2010. As a family, we have experienced various care agencies but I can safely say that since we have been with Caremark it has been a breath of fresh air.
My father has carers visit him 3 times a day and they have been exceptional. Dad has male carers and these young men are professional, courteous, and above all they care. They notice if my father's mood is low and will communicate this with us and take the time to talk to him. They are upbeat and with broad smiles that brighten up my parent's day.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and despite having physically challenging roles they are always diligent, kind, and conscientious.

My family would be lost without these young caring professionals. My parents look forward to their visits and they are happy as it feels as though they are part of a bigger family giving them a greater sense of safety and comfort in their own home.

The team looked after my brother for eighteen months. He has been very challenging for them in many ways, but they still continue to look after him and do their best for him. I can’t thank them enough for all the help and support they have given him.

My experiences of Caremark (Farnborough) has been extremely positive. All the carers are trained to a high standard which makes me feel secure as I’m reliant on the team for everyday tasks. Individual carers are all different in personality but consistent in their professional care and a pleasure to have in my home.

We have had a live-in carer who has provided us with excellent care, supported by Caremark, we are now having three visits a day, again, excellent care. No other comments are appropriate, except to say again that Caremark is providing us with excellent support.

The staff are all very kind and pleasant. My mother often refuses care and needs a lot of encouragement of which some are better than others. I have found management to be responsive and helpful to our requests.

I have worked in a franchised business for 19 years running multiple fast-food restaurants and leading a team of 500+employees. I recently made the decision to join Caremark due to my keen interest in customer service and passion for giving back to the community. The Caremark company values are paramount to me and I aim to provide the highest quality of home care and support to those who are in need while they choose to remain within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
As a Managing Director, my goal is to employ and train staff with the critical skills they need to provide the best customer care.
